cant use this phone anymore.
it used to always hang and now whenever i turn it on, it shows the nokia welcome thing with the hands and then hangs and goes to that blank white screen and shuts itself off again. i cant go to the menus or anything. WASTE OF MONEEY!
seriously DONT BUY IT!

yes,5130 is as good as 5220. I think both of them have nearly the same feature and quality. Don't try to praise one and dumb the other.

I have bought this phone 3 weeks back.I am having a problem with the Sim card. Whenever I put my sim in the 5220XM(Xpress Music)it showing the message"SIM CARD NOT INSERT".I also went to the my SIM connection's(Telenor)head office and get the DUPLICATE SIM of my number after that my phone was working fine but after 12 days i am facing the same problem with my new sim.I also went to the mobile shops they said that there is no issue with the phone their is a problem with your SIM but my sim is working absolutely fine on my other mobile.Could anyone help me?

fred, 14 May 2009there is firmware 4.86 in the nokia website..where is the firmware 6.5?Install "Nokia PC Suite" and connect your phone. Open PC Suite and click the Update-icon. You may have to update the update-app itself first, before you can update the 5220 firmware to latest v6.51. Only update then battery-level is high.

I m luking 4 a music oriented phn. please helphi deepak, if you want best result in suond quality you'd buy 5130 XM. it has the best sound. i had 5310 and 5220 XM before, but sounds suck. so if you wanna buy the best music phone, buy 5130 XM not 5310 or 5220
