5130 is much better..

I recenly updates my phone with firmware 6.51, What I have noticed It really made my Nokia super fast. I'm using 4 GB card still it is fast enough and the old software was so buggy which is 4.00.
Another great update is It made my sound more crystal clear, Now I can beat my cousins w810i:D
By the way to heck your software version you can dial *#0000#.

I don't like Nokia anymore....this is my fourth Nokia and I 3 had LCD problems...I have always been brand loyal...But not anymore....Nokia has dissappointed me too many times :-(((((

I bought the Nokia 5220 because its a good little Allrounder.Like most mobiles, I think its built in speaker is crap,No Bass. The small twin active speaker is a bit cumbersome being almost the same size as the phone, but exchange the earphones for a decent set and it comes alive. The 8GB Memory card is a must have.

Shiney, 06 May 2009U hav own 5220xm. 5220 is 100% betar than 5130xm. Price met quality. Huhyes i have owned 5220...i hated its backcover...made of some cheap plastics...5130 is made of better material.. the back cover is superb..ya and i knw ppl tend to think that anything thats glossy is cheap...those who do get a chance to take a look at 5130 shd look at parts more carefully...its made double layered materials and not like 7210....for the front side both are made of similar materials...
loudspeaker of 5220 is better...but i can see a clear difference in audio quality while using headphns...
I used creative EP-630 on both phns and 5130 sounds so much better...both phns come with earsets that is mediocre in audio quality...
All other features are same...thou 5220 does has active standby and nokia maps
Nokia already added flight mode to 5130..looks like they have decided to go big with 5130...they are looking to capture a lot of lower midrange music phn market share with set and more improvements will follow...
