this phone is nice and have an equal value 4 the price(in all nokia XM variant)
no auto restart & auto shutdown(better than 3110c),if u use micro sd 4 ur primary memory.
camera result when u take a pict in the darkis very good i think.
the speaker is very loud loud,but i think its too treble(especially when i turn the volume up full)

I think 5130 is better than 5220. Nokia 5130 software is latest of S40. It won't hang. Cost only Rs.5600 here at Kerala.

sir i have bought nokia 5220 xpressmusic in october 2008. one month ago their voice is stoped now phone is switch of.when i switch on phone is switch of within few second?

I gt this fone last september in black and blue. good fone! but no 3G or flash wif camera. also quite a weerd shape. a few days ago i picked it up and tried to play music and no sound workin and the fone kept turnin off. i dnt fink it was made very well.

i just bought 5220 3 weeks ago..but i notice this thing on the first week of my used. i am charging the unit while i am listening to music then authomatically power off? i turn it on again and again try to play music while charging and it off again!!! so mean that this unit doesn't have any capabilities of playing music while on charge unlike other phones? please advice..

I bought set from UK (virgin). Now I came back to my home land country. When I changed my sim , it asks for security code, it means it can be only used on virgin company sim. How can i use it in my homeland country, any software or else?

i bought dis fone 2 months back and it hasnt given me any trouble since. Be it battry bakup or music player ... be it anything. I think this fones worth buying. low price, good features, easy to use...(i love the keypad...its VeRY comfrtable). I dnt knw y ure facing problms wid ure piece. better get it cheked buddy!

i have a 5220 and it's really good almost 1 year old now, it used to hang alot but after updating the firmware to 4.86, the phone barely hangs anymore. i updated it to version 5.63 a couple of months ago and the performance increased a little bit, but the battery life lasted shorter for some reason.
this phone lasts up to 1.5 to 2 days with heavy use of music player and edge.

this phone is not a very good phone,recharge is need evevry day ,won't support mp3 files,getting off aoutomatically while browsing,why the shape is like a halawa?
