Im not questioning you, but where do one get exact info about what each new firmware-update is suppose to fix?

The latest firmware for this phone is v5.20 by the way. So for those of you who have v4.00 or v4.86 installed should update pronto.

It will adjust the backlighting, the network coverage and screen brightness which is not needed when u are on call.i think screen is biggest culprit for draining the battery.the latest firmware also fix the network coverage so phone wont use extra battery power while searching fro the mobile network.

I love this phone!!! It's really awesome and I would definitely recommend buying it, it's really value for money and it has an awesome sound but what can you expect it's a XpressMusic... For all the MXit lovers, you can listen to music while you're on Mxit!!!

                        the speaker is loud
actually louder than the iphone interms of audio playing not in calls. clarity wise iphone is clearer.

distortion starts only if equalizer option is all on 12db and -12b and when stereo widening is activated.

make songs in at least 128 kbps. and in itunes make your songs above volume limit. which makes the song louder.

when headset, stereo widening is required to be turned on only in headset mode only for better quality, and use quality earphones. i use apple earphones and skullcandy.

overall phone is great, video playback totally sucks, only supports 20fps max. sucks. audio terms maybe an alternative with the ipods but video, dont bother. at all.
