i am reading all opinion about 5220. can any one pls suggest me currenthly i am using 6681 for last 3 years i am a nokia user for more than 6 years.
i planned to buy the 5220 exp music i read so many fourns its state that 50% positive & negative can any one of u pls siggest its good to buy 5220 pls read the below mentioned mu usage list
i always like to hear somgs for atleast 1 hour & 3 hrs i will speak i am in customer service fiels so my mobile sbattery should always healthy.main thing that i read in fourns it auto restarting/hangging/battery back up is poor
if any one can explain abouth the problems * also tell me its good to buy 5220 thanks in advance chintu

tomah, 24 Dec 2008its rubbish it always freezingMine never freezes and it's sure aint rubbish. In many ways it's better than my 5310. Yours is either a cheap fake or a faulty unit.

Jimmy, 23 Dec 2008Yea i've updated my firmware it was v4 no it's 5.20 it's more stable than the previous version.Brother I've been looking for a person like you for many days. Would you pls do me a favor,my 5220 has pre-installed v4.86 and it has huge restart problem(twice a day!). I heard that restart problem is totally solved in v5.20. is it true? can u pls tell us in detail that what improvement u see in v5.20 than ur previous version.thanks.

Hi All,
I am the nokia user for last 6 years i am in cofusion in buying 5220 or 5310. My eyes is always on 5220Exp Mus but in so many fourms i read its getting hangging crackling sound & restarts. In my professional i cant be live with out fone the battery back up is very important.........
Important so many user mentioned after updating new version 5.20 its good.Just need to know the above mentioned problems are true.
CAN ANY ONE GIVE ME THE RIGHT SUGGESTION IT'S GOOD TO BUY 5220 /5310???????????????????????????????????????

If you want a fast and reliable phone, get the 5220.
If you want a slow and bulky one, ge... moreInteresting... where I live you can get the 5220 for $1,500 and 5700 for $3,200. More than double! Market is crazy :)

We ALL know that there are NO virus in a Series 40.
This is not a Symbian phone.
You must be having some other problem.

marc, 23 Dec 2008which is nice phone nokia 5220 or 5700?Just by the model number you can tell 5700 is the better. It's a smartphone with S60 OS and is also Xpress Music so it's a great combination. Of course it's also more expensive. I like my 5220 though, it is a very complete phone for the very reasonable price you pay for it.
