You have virus in the handset retset the handset by dialing *#7370# to restore all the phone settings & do it by removing the SD card & while restoring the setting it'll ask for PIN so enter 12345 & after restoring the handset scan the SD card with a P.C antivirus then insert the SD card.

See this handset has no app yet to play AVI files as the handset supports only Mp4 & 3gp & 3.5gp & no player is yet here to play AVI files so guys you'll have to convert the videos to view them. And if you convert the files keep in mind the dimension of the screen cuz if the resolution of the file is not adjusted with the screen then the player will only play the file partially that is it'll play only the sound not the video so keep that in mind & thing are gonna be cool ;)

Guess what I am an Aircel Customer Care Executive myself so I am the perfect person to inform you about the PI plans. Now in PI-14 you'll get only 250 MB with 3 days validity in which in a day you'll be able to use only 100 M.B. So it'll be better you recharge with PI-18 which comes in E-Recharge it has 3 days validity with unlimited browsing or else recharge with PI-26 it has 7 days validity with unlimited internet available in E-Recharge.

if u guys didnt flash ur phone yet,u didnt explore even 10%this phones potential.
just look at the given links u can see thousands of guys flashed there phone with custome firmwares and enjoying it.
i flash my phone when a new custom firmware is released(flashed more than 200 times).Dont worry if u did anything wrong,u can always recover it doing correctly

If you do it yourself, Your contacts etc will be in auto-backup but there are chances of old software spam leftovers.
Going to the Care Center is better.
