But this phone can't play even 360p and 480p that are downloaded using youtube downloader.Any videos downloaded through youtube downloader has video codec of h.264 which isn't supported by nokia 5233.
Convert those videos by using 'Format Factory' to mp4 format having Divx or xvid video codec.

Use uc player to play 360p and 480p video.

5233 support only mp4 640*480 youtube downloader min 360p or480p so you use uc to play this video.

ok i am a nokia fan.recently i bought nokia 5233for 6,100 rs after selling my samsung s5263.now i regret why i was so stupid.ok here is why i regret.
1 = ovi map worse than a slug.
2 = picture quality is very very bad.worse in dim light.
3 = sound is very low in noisiy places.
4 = 5 times self restarted while browsing and watching movie even update and twice formated phone and memmory card.
5 = calculater buttons are very small cannot use it without styluss.
6 = 'location' application doesn't work in indoor properly
7 = adobe reader gone after updating version 50 to version 51.
8 = 'youtube' application that comes from ovi store just keeps buffering in every 2 seconds.
9 = ucweb or opera downloaded contents are not saved directly to gallery.go to file manager and move them to their respective folders.then u can see them.
10 = battery very bad if u use internet regularly
11 = camera & video recorder not full screen
12 = while listening to heavy mp3s the stereo headphones play a creepy sound.
13 = formated thrice due to auto fade & restart and lost voice tags in voice comand applicant that is preinstalled.
thats all for now.i dont think who ever read this will buy nokia 5233.anyone got solutions.nokia care told me go to nokia care.

Also guys, the videos downloaded from youtube downloader plays very slowly, that too by using uc player only. I want good hq/hd videos. Please help.

Its good but this mobile every time hanging and when photos rotate the clockwise its slowly open that photos

suraj, 17 Jan 2012Please do not purchase this phone this mobile is not supported to MP4, WiFi, waste of money.I think u don't know that this phone smoothly can play mp4 (640*360) format with 30 fps.u can see do it.
