This installer is used in case of apps that are large in size. During the installation procedure, the actual contents of the app is downloaded from a certain server. This leads to lesser piracy of apps as anyone who tries to install the app will have to download it from a certain server, hence the app creator knows who has installed his apps.
All 5800 games and apps will work in 5233. Only those that require certain hardware components like gps, wifi, front camera etc which aren't available in 5233, won't function properly. Games doesn't require any such hardware and since every other part of 5233 is the same as 5800, all games compatible with 5800 will work on 5233.

tell me about one thing also dose nokia 5250 support all 5800 apps and game. because 5233 has didn't some games.
