And try Format Factory. Its made free and its really good. Any video converter is another favourite for mp4 conversion.

Have used this phone a year now .. & im very happy.
Yes there are some drawbacks but still nokia's are for tuff use.

and if you take vdo or files from bluetooth then it was received in msg inbox just open it and save it to memory card & then delete them from inbox

Instead of that play the normal quality,,,in my device it runs smoothly witout getting stuck!!
I played a full 2hr video of wwe attitude era,,,just try it!!
