[deleted post]Even samsung jet 2 has task manager but it doesn't mean that it can multitask. Task manager is only a software but multitasking is an ability. For eg, The kind of multitasking that iphone or windows7 has isn't true because if you minimise an application, it pauses. Hence the app goes into hibernation. True multitasking abilities lets not only one but many applications running simutaneously at the same time (without pause). In this phone (for eg), if I play a song in the default music player and also open up a third party app like Ttpod and play another song in it then what you will hear is both songs running together (neither one pauses). I myself have even multitasked in my 5233 during calls, when I played a song during the call, hence making the other person on the other end of the phone to hear the song too. This, my friend, is called 'true multitasking'.
Hope you ain't offended. Its just for your better understanding.

[deleted post]Yes mate if it is locked to T-mobile network, then you'll have to network unlock it to use it with another network provider here in India. Better take it to an expert technician or a Nokia priority to get it unlocked. Try not to self service it cause if you screw up during the process, you may brick your phone beyond repair.

The ability to play music or radio in the background cannot be called as true multitasking. If that was the case however, then all phones including low end feature phones support multitasking to an extent. It's the ability to switch a running task without exiting it and leave it running in the background which translates as true multitasking.

If you think, listening to songs and sending text message is full multitasking then you are badly mistaken. An example of full multitasking is this,
Listen to song+download torrent+browse net using opera+keep a youtube video buffering in the default web browser, all this while waiting for the tabbed pages in opera to load.
Can a cookie do this? Am waiting for you answer.
