its an "okay" phone.
pros:responsive touchscreen, it looks cool (haha), the camera quality can pass as 3.2MP, nice big screen for watching slideshows, videos
cons:the loudspeakers are horrible, the memory card is not hot swappable, the sim card is hard to remove, it doesnt come with a memory card nor a usb cable

utk, 12 Dec 2010He he....and you blamed me for suggesting 9700 for you.Yeah i guess I do owe you an apology for that mate... That time I was a total noob to earphones and the only thing that sounded good to me was the one with the most bass and volume. But I'm a quick learner am I not?

I have both 9700 and 9800. I like and use both. 9800 when I am home and needs pure and balanced audio and 9700 when I'm traveling and needs that extra punch and noise isoaltion. I think 9700 is a very good value for money earphone and offers quality close to my 9800. It's got killer bass as well as clear highs and kills any competition from SE walkman and Nokia earphones. Even WH-205 is very good though it a bit lackin in highs. 9700 fills that gap and is a bit more balanced.
