First you need to install a signed version of Freesigner app in your phone. After installation, just goto file manager and you will find a folder named free signer in C:. The folder should contain two files namely cert.cer and key.key, Copy these files to your PC and try signing the apps using this cert and key file.
Or else you can sign your app using the same free signer app just make sure you select self sign option to sign the app.

What would be the probability!! Anyways, opda might be your last hope. Or else you will have to wait 3 years for the applied certificate to expire.
