Hi friends,
I recently bought a Nokia 5233. Its a good phone. I am overall satisfied with it. Only its sounds is not very loud and everytime you transfer video files via bluetooth, you have to run the file then save it. Can anyone tell me how to change settings to make videos automatically downloaded into memory card?

insomniac, 29 Aug 2010i really want 2 buy this phone but I have heard that touchscreen phones dont last more than 3,... moreWell mate I'm a happy 5233 user since march. No problems for me so far. The thing is I use it like any other non touch phone and so far this phone hasn't troubled me much.

miltefosine, 28 Aug 2010i tried...bt some application shows certificate error,,,,expired,,,,some r trail version,,,,,t... moreOh well the sad thing is that only about 50% of available app work with the original fw. To install all the apps, you either have to resort to signing individual apps which is kind of a tedious task anyway or you have to resort to hacking your phone to get rid of all the security constraints.

m. Getjar. com is a reliable site for downloading s/w. You device is automatically detected as 5233 when u go to this site using opera mini..
Brothersoft . com is another good site. Here select ur device as nokia 5230 as 5233 is unavailable

you can hack ur mobile by going to www.cer.opda.cn.... And then follow the onscreen steps... That is first of all go to registration... Register,. Then login and give ur imei no or serial no which can be obtained by dialing *#06# on your phone....

Nokia 5233 is a good handset.
Its features are quite fine n touch experience is too good
that much features at just only rs 6700/-

sheetal, 28 Aug 2010Hi...sheetal here...I'm slightly inclined towards n5230...will be buying either of the 2(5233/... moreno such difference btw 30 and 33....only main diff is 3g....but u cant videocall on 30....so use of spendin 1000 bucks on 30....go for 33.
