i cannot download from nokia ovi store while i have an ovi account. the problem is only in free application. paid app.can be downloaded and installed. pls help me.

i've been using this phone for last 2 years. I found following advantages and disadvantages:
advantages:
1. Good battery backup
2. Good camera resolution
3. Fast internet
4. Large screen
disadvantages:
1.its only 2g phone-not 3g
2. No wifi
3. Its symbian not android-so doesn't support applications like talking tom, viber
My question is i have downloaded talking tom 4 or 5 times from nokia ovi store. The large file of approx 12mb was downloaded succesfully but each time it shows ''installed failed'' why?? It seems Nokia application makers or nokia engineers are not qualified. 2ndly i have downloaded skype from nokia ovi store and installed succesfully-but when i open it using my valid skype id-it only shows ''signing in''. I thought, its being opened, i left signing for morethan 5 hours-but nothing happened. So it irratated me and planning to sell. I hope nokia engineers will solve these problms by upgrading its version
