Let me rep... moreAgree, we not enjoying music like we used to at 10 years ago. Now we enjoying music with online steaming service, like Spotify, Deezer, etc.
Yes it's Good news they remake the 5310 Xpressmusic, but it's feature still like 5310 were in year 2007

Fog@aNil, 25 Jun 2020Jio runs smoothly , using for almost 3 yrs now so don’t make Jio phone as he said.. button went not working many times since I bought. They freely repair it everytime. OS is not fast as it is low mb ram.

Just MP3, M4A format.4G is not useful on this feature phone. 2G is sufficient right? Yeah Spotify could be good addition!

Let me rephrase, you would add flac support, hi fi quad dac, aptx and ladac support and possibly a phone with 4g and fixed spotify, soundcloud app. What we got here??

9aniket5, 17 Jun 2020jio phone which cost 700 have much better specs than this 3.4k nokia Better specs but cumbersome user experience & quality. Always hangs, restarts. It SIM locked. You don't know how pestering they are. Always calls to recharge that BS. Within one year buttons became not working three times. But our 10 year old Nokia basic phone is still rocking.

donver, 21 Jun 2020nokia, make it kai os .. it will be niceKai os is very immature. It needs many improvementz to run well in 128 or 256mb devices. Even it's preceedor Firefox OS was better. I have a jio phone with kai os and it's experience is cumbersome.

4G addition would be great though as future proof. But for feature phone, 2g is more than enuf. It makes calls, texts, audio video consumption. So 2g is more than enuf. All the operators in India has 2g. They only had replaced 3g with 4g or else add both 3g & 4g to a locality. This is because there are millions of people in India that does only calls, texts so 2g will be there for a while.
This phone does calls, text and main purpose of xpressmusic MUSIC very well. Very good music phone. I can call it an ipod mini with cellular connectivity at 3399₹.

This new Nokia 5310 is far less capable than decades old 5310. Ironic! I don't know why Nokia is wasting its effort in these inferior show piece devices in 2020.

Can anybody confirm if this can store many messages? Thinking of replacing my mom's Nokia 105 (2017), which is an inbox disaster that can barely hold a number of messages.
