Priya, 02 Jan 2009Omer,what's happening here....my sis using the same phone..no problems at all.but, all people s... morei can't answer from what other people think and the way they use their phone.some people doesnot know about the multitasking ability of symbian phone and they end the application by pressing red key which took the application to continue running in background. And when there are too many applications in background which result in slow speed of cell, hangs and restart etc.

As far as sound quality is concerned.if you are satisfy and it fullfilled your requirment ,then what's the problem.
I have ipod 80gb and i never raised volume more than 70% because after listing at full volume for about 20 mins my ears start to hurt and pain can be felt by touching.
Ipod has very loud volume ,which may be result in ear problems.
This is what i think....but you will be find people who says the ipod volume is not upto their mark...
So its all about your requirment and personal liking and disliking.
If you are satisfied then dont look around what other are saying.

the downfall of the latest software is that the phone cant be hacked, the battery is abit of a let down otherwise its a good handset, the music isnt that loud but its clear NO DISTORTION, n neways if you want loud music go buy a good hifi this is a phone dont expect to much of it

Pls try to have a look at N73's music. Dont listen to it in a room. Take both these phones (N73 and 5320) in a little noisy environment and play music on both of them one at a time. 5320 will be hardly audible, while N73's music can be clearly heard.
I never was an N73 fan, but my experience (I tried doing the above mentioned thing) made me to change my mind....

You will find that i mean to say that the performance of this phone does not comply fully with the XPRESS MUSIC TAG and the SYMBIAN 9.3 FEATURE PACK 2 (and alsop 96 MB RAM & 369 MHz processor), otherwise the phone is O.K.
A firmware update will hopefully solve all the bugs.
But let me tell u, the battery performance is DEPLORABLE.....

I got this phone one month ago (9990 INR).
I rate this phone as AVERAGE (7/10 RATING POINTS)
                                        Some of the Cons are:

                                        1) The battery life is VERY POOR. Needs charging very one and a half days.

                                        2) The operating system is not very stable, It hangs, gets stuck, i don't know why. Symbian 9.3 Feature Pack 2 is JUST FOR NAME.

                                        3) The Music quality is not so pleasing, AT LEAST NOT QUALIFYING TO BE OF THE XPRESS MUSIC FAMILY.

                                        4) The volume of music not that LOUD, surely not to be regarded as XPRESS MUSIC. I would suggest that in the next firmware, both the MUSIC QUALITY & VOLUME should be enhanced to at least to 150% of their present values.
For your information, N73 has better music quality and much higher volume compared to 5320, even though it is not an XPRESS MUSIC PHONE, yet is of almost the same price range.

                                        5) There is no provision for Animating Wallpapers and Picture Messaging. A Picture Message is considered as an MMS instead of an SMS in this phone.

                                        6) The interface of Web Browser is not so pleasing.

                                        7) Video playback quality is ordinary, even poor in some cases.

                                        8) Many audio and video formats cannot be played on it.

                                        9) The 128 MB RAM is useless, its use is not fully made. The phone frequently hangs in the Music Player.

                                        10) 369 MHz ARM 11 Processor is just for name. The 225 odd MHZ processor of N73 is far faster than its processor.

                                        11) The Camera Quality is average.

                                        12) The applications loaded on the phone are all useless as they are all internet based and to use them, the user should necessarily have an unlimited GPRS Connection.

So more applications and better games should be included in the new firmware.

Conclusion: Nokia should immediately release a New and More Stable Firmware for this phone which will debug all the above cons among others. The current latest firmware (v 3.26) is deplorable.
