dina, do you prefer a camera phone or music phone? 6500 slide and 5610 are like twin brothers - they have almost the same components inside.

The differences are: the Carl-Zeiss camera lens on the 6500 slide, the dedicated music chip on the 5610, the TV-out chip on the 6500 slide, the music slider key on the 5610, and of course the phone casing. 6500 slide is more business-like with mostly metal casing but also heavier. 5610 uses mostly plastic and a little metal trim at the side, which makes it lighter and look very cool for youngsters.

So you pick, you want a phone with excellent camera or excellent music?

malika, you want a phone for girls and strong (won't break even if you throw around)? Try the new 3120 classic. It is a 3G phone with no moving parts so it is quite strong. The red version suit girls very well.

But since i didnt get it from tmobile, I cant get the settings right and can't access my email, aol. I was just wondering, when this phone comes out with tmobile, would i be able to upgrade the firmware to the one that tmobile has? if not is there a way to access my email through the phone directly? N73 and 5610 are about the same price now.

If you want a 2-year-old symbian smartphone with large screen and loud (but a bit noisy) stereo speaker, get the N73. It only supports maximum 2GB miniSD card.

If you want a COOL & NEW sliding music phone that can support 4GB microSDHC card (maybe more when new firmware supports) and play 22-hours of music with its crystal-clear speaker, get the 5610.

Please stop complaining 5610 is not a symbian smartphone. Not everybody need a smartphone. Some people prefer their phone to be just simple and fast. Symbian phones are normally slower than non-symbian phones and use up more battery power.

For example, my 5610 turns on in 5 seconds. My dad's N73 needs almost 1 minute to turn on and "ready to use".

dilip what you mean by camera shutter? do you mean camera "cover"?

if yes then, only the "normal" N95 has camera cover. N95 8GB does not have.

I have a friend just bought N95 and we have compared. I confirm 5610 speaker is LOUDER and CLEARER than N95 speaker.

Screen clarity? Both 5610 and N95 have same resolution (240x320) but N95 has much larger screen than 5610. So of course pixels are also larger on the N95 than 5610, so 5610 screen "looks" finer. But for watching movie, bigger screen sure feels better and more enjoyable. Too bad it also uses up more battery...

N95 and N95 8GB have same camera. Quality and features all same.

Oh why do you still think about N70 and N72?? They are very old phone with low resolution screen and outdated OS. Please don't buy them even if cheap. Not worth it.

This is a gr8 phone. I bought it for 1 month. It's very nice. I like its interface so much. Sometimes its screen switch off suddenly. I don't know why but it's ok.In general it is the best one. If someone doesn't own it, don't hasitate to buy it now.
