do you know how to have version 50 or 51 that will have a homepage the same as the europe version has? i can't seem to find the hack. im in singapore and using windows vista. i have version 50.0.005. thanks in advance!

Anyway.. the Wave goes for around Rs. 60000 while you can get a 5800 for like Rs. 28000..(Lankan Rupees)
Thats a big difference!
That list you wrote is true...but for like 1/3 the price, the 5800 isn't exactly a push over either....
The 5800 too does all that almost as well as the wave and the Music is if not better (specially with those loud clear stereo speakers!)

anyone who cannot update they firmware OTA, here the server profile you set up for the phone...
dial *#0000#
go to options > server profiles > options > new server profiles > set up using this setting
server name > nokia
server ID > nokia
server password > firmupservpass
access point > always ask
host address > https://dms.update.nokia.com/dms/omadm
port > 443
username > nokiams
password > nokiamspass
allow configuration > yes
network authentication > no
after set up everything, go back to main page where detail of update > options > check for updates > walla, it should work.

The download of the latest v51 is best done using the phone. I did it and the phone is just perfect. It operate like nokia n97. Try the latest v51 you will be glad you did.

Why on earth is this being compared to the Wave????
The 5800 is over 2 years old and cost about 1/4 the price of the wave.....
This phone is for a totally different market....
Where it provides the most feature for the least amount cash....
No one can beat the 5800 in that category!

this is totaly crap phone crap camera....bad sound ..bad graphix ...hanging machine this is...just 434 mhz prosessor........wave is best in all aspect....super amoled screen great sound great camera............its 5mp camera can compare with nokias 8mp........1ghz prosessor.....super fast like jambo jet

I think C6 firmware is really awesome. However, be careful when you install it. If you do it carelessly, it will damage your phone.
