You see the signals obtained from the FM antenna go to the speakers by passing the processor altogether..
In this method no strain is put on the Processor when the radio is running in the background and hence also saves battery. But yes, on the downside, it is impossible to record it.

After full charge.....i can browse continously for 4-5 hrs.....mine shows full 7 levels but afta tht if u use it further more 1 hr or so it'll drain 2 levls...and then by over nite it'll compltly discharge...i always close any runnin app.my mem is 850 mb left..plz suggest some measures or is it normal...its tough to use this mobile less.in my lesser usage it lasts 1.5 days.normal usage 1 day.

yes.. its not a fancy smart phone
but for average user
who wanted a touch screen and basic smartphone
apps.
this phone..is good.
no problems yet,, enjoying the hacking fun of this phone.

for me 5800 doesn't have good performance b'coz sometimes its hanging and i dont know how to navigate the other function of the unit although im working in a mobile industry OMG!!!!!

soo, 15 Jul 2010i want to know if it is worth buying.... need advice on Touch sensitivity and camera clarity..... moreIts a resistive screen,u need a bit presure to touch it,u also can use fingernail,if u buy a capacitive screen,u cant use ur fingernail..camera is not bad,vdeo is good bc0z it record in vga 30fps..u can instal codex or movie player to play it..

In opera 10 for symbian does it support tabs and pop up?
like i am viewing a web page(TAB1) in opera browser. if i click a link a new window(TAB2) has been opened. can i view this new window(TAB2) in opera symbian browser?
does it support this feature?

i brought Navigation Edition yesterday..ahmedabad..
i brought it from nokia priority...
a person said this is a Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition...its black with gray lines but not crome ...i got mobile car holder..but no car charger...its in blue box...
my ques. is...i can't see any Navigation Edition word..only express music...what that mean.this phone is Navigation Edition or not..
i got 50v.firmware version..kinetic scrolling...maps...
i want to know..any one brought this phone in june with car-holder..nokia offer same thing in june...
in express music maps come with preloaded?????
how to know maps version????

Better camera 5MP!!!!
I use this 5800 and I hate its tauch screen... not... morex6's body is nt good dude...
its back is soo weak...made of poor plastic
and also read reviews of many x6 users that afters some months of usage various parts break off the device, like lock button...mem.card cover...etc.

I use this 5800 and I hate its tauch screen... not sensitive enough... then I changed to X6 a year later on...
X6 thanks to its capacitive touch screen!!!!!
5800 resistive touchscreen... booo!!! not sensitive
X6 Can use secondary camera take picture!!! cool!!!
+the design is more solid and nicer than 5800... XD
