Ur ph0ne wl hve kinetic scrollng! And very sensitive touch screen. Ur ph0ne slowng down maybe due to s0me bugs on it or virus fr0m downloaded applicati0ns. Ds ph0ne s virus sensitive. Try update to V5.0 firmware. And see it goes.

Also maybe it has s0me bugs due to s0me unnecessary app and i think porn stuff s n0t advisable for ds ph0ne to0 as that gves m0re bugs. I think ds s virus sensitive im n0t sure with this its just my theory. Update ur firmware first to V5.0 . New os with kinetic scrolling like the iph0ne.

azm, 03 Jun 2010i think the freeze sometimes phenomena is normal to symbian. last time i used nokia 6600 well ... moreHi azm! I went to the shop and requested for a replacement yesterday! Now mine s better..i think the first was defective. And also may be due to s0me unnecessary app i downloaded fr0m ovi out of my curiosity. You r right should wait for few seconds before opening next task window to avoid ds..coz im just used to my se g705 bfore it was very stable i cn open diffrent tasks rapidly coz im n0t patient en0ugh keep myself waitng and never ds kind of prob.
Im glad got new one again.
So far its very stable! U knw what, ive used fring skype video call lastnyt thru wifi connecti0n it was awes0me! I also downloaded the orig skype app the voice call quality is better than fring but doesnt hve videocall . In fring skype the video was clear en0ugh real time no delayed... I really love ds ph0ne!
But im m0re cautious n0w on downloadng apps as i think ds ph0ne s virus sensitive. I think so...
More over i n0tice that ds ph0ne s n0t user friendly for those first time users. Unless they are patient enough to figure it out by themselves all d operati0ns, settng and other stuff. It to0k me 3days to get used to this. And ive alrdy maximize its potentials usng voip!
But it stl cant be compared to my se g705 in terms of internet speed. My se bfore takes only 3secs on loadng pages and youtube bufferng same as well!
But generally. This phone is SUPERB! You just need to kn0w how to use it. And its also cheaper! Thanks for ds site ive learned a lot! Thanks again azm!

[deleted post]so guys u can see now...
sometimes free download (i mean cracked software)r not free at all. we r taking away peoples income to me its. and it will make them angry. if the true owner of the software gives the software on free basis (realy free or free trial for a period of time) well its okay.
in OVI store for eg there r free theme but there r also to be paid theme. free apps n to be paid apps.
to me SPB shell is really fantastic especialy spb v5 (not avaiable yet in spbsoftware.com it seems,looking forward to purchase it)
back to xm5800! this is truly great phone, personaly i realy appreciate it. there r many helpful people in this user opinion giving tips on how to manage 5800.
i believe, installing original software to xm 5800 n this phone will rock your life!!! but it your call man
by the way radha, I'M SURE u r against cracked software?

why we want free spb shell?
spb software done their job making the spb mobile shell such a fantastic app. it cost money for them to do research,develope,market the app. using the app is like having another NEW phone while using your present phone.
do we want to work for free with no salary?
