i had 2 5800s. one got stolen and then other had got a screen problem for which i had to get the lcd replaced which cost me alot of money. but i loved my 5800s. now i am thinking to buy another nokia xm but i dont know which one i should buy. nokia 5730 or nokia 5800?

can anybody help me out with the fonts in this mobile, i want to browse the news from www.eenadu.net but i get all the letters of the news in garbled except the bold and blue letters on the left side and the vaatavaranam clearly, is anybody there to help me with the telugu language fonts

Im using a 3G SIM supported by my network here in brunei! Im buying ds very soon but d newer versi0n which s d 5800 navi edition i like d design. Now i can call my family n d phlippnes usng skype free call thru wifi hotspots or via 3G HSDPA. Cant wait to see for myself! Thanks!

Amru, 29 May 2010If anyone has used the video calling facility on d 5800... Pls temme f its smooth enough... Wi... moreyes...the quality of the video call is quiet good and so is d audio quality...bt it wont have d same quality as dat of a pc...but stil its a thumbs up!

yes lovelymarie...u can use skype through fring...n definitely u can make voice chat wid someone who is usin a pc...u can even make a video call in fring supported by yahoo..but ur sim should also b provided wid 3g in order to mak a video call...n trust me..its a gadget you'd never want to miss!!!

Check ur pc suite follow d instructions dr.

i love my 5800 its alittle slow though and now after a year that i'v had its starting to give me probs. it freezes and then i have to take the battery out to reboot it and then when i switch it on its unresponsive. do i need a new battery? hmm very frustrating...

Ok guys, i just droooed the 5800 hard for the 2nd time, believe me nothing happened @all!!!! This s one of the strongest touch devices though it's made up of plastic!!!!!!! : )))))

Hi,
Been using this phone for the past 1 year (exactly) & I did recommend it to any1 wanting a feature packed cell in this range. The amount of available softwares make it fun to use & you always fell like having it in your hand for one reason or the other. I have also installed the Garmin XT navigation on it & also the Sygic Maps 9 (last week) - they both are phenomenal in their own ways. There are a load of other softwares in OVI store as well. It could do better with a higher performance camera, but you cant argue with its other impressive features. The touchscreen's been brilliant so far & i haven't used the stylus as fingers do the job perfectly. Although the iPhone is great in its own little way, the 5800 is clearly the winner hands down due the free softwares that are availabe unlike the iPhone for which you have to shell out for every touch u make. :P The 5800 was rightly quoted as the "iPhone Killer"! Kudos!
