what does the V.50 bring with it, i just downloaded it and th only diffenect is the music player, slightly different. what else does it have?

had 5800 for 10 months. had trouble with having to switch off regularly as it "drops out"or freezes. Now I have had to send it back for repair cause the backlight has gone in it - was told this is modern technology. Would reconsider if u r looking at getting this phone - think it is a bit of a dud for Nokia

I cud not say anything bad about Nokia 5800 XM except for its stylus. I suggest that perhaps a stylus metal would be make 5800 XM more stylish and durable. By the way, what comes after this model?

Hey here's info for software upgrade for the Phil..You can try to upgrade all product code via Nokia Care (Ali Mall) to V.40. The frontliner will tell you that they're not assuring that it will fully work, since V.40 has so many software gliches still, but don't worry after upgrading to V.40, you can easily upgrade to V.50 via OTA..

i have 5800 n i have updated v50 its superb fast touch respose iz gud....new musice player like n97min.... Its cooolllll phone i never get any prob i 8month.... I love my 5800

But nw ma phone is getting restarted when am tryn... moreI have a nokia 5800,and i also had that happening .i switch my phone off and back on every week.my bf said our phones are lyk computers cos it processors alot.try this and let me know if it worked.

i can't download v50 OTA . I always get download error. But i can download everything else. Dunno why.

I am horrified that new software ver50 26th March 2010 was downloaded by NSU but could not load, it transpired than my 5800D-1b what does this mean.
who has to clarify to wait or do what. This cell had max updates as 10 within a year amazing, its has become a craze. nothing new or upgrade happens but you go through a process and are satisfied, that all features upgraded. Help needed
