Pls people answer me this: i have problem with my nokia5800,its says memory full,close some apps and try again when i want to make back up to my mem.card..why is that,?which apps a have to close? Please HELP!!!!!!

my product code is 0588652, how can i know if it is euro model, or american or vietnames or whatever?? i want to change my product code by using nemesis but it says i have to choose a code of the same type, like if my model is euro model, then the new code must also be euro model.. how to check the model of my phone?? anybody who knows help me plz
