Time to let go of this phone. I had a great time using it. Back in 2008, you are cool if your own one of this. I find it horrible that people compare its technology with the current mobile phone. Hmmm...

Worst phone i have ever used.Display is bright and good but the quality is worst.i had to change the display twice.and do you know what is the most worst thing about this phone?its the loudspeaker.yes its loud.but extremely defective.i had to change it many times.I have replaced this pathetic phone with n8.i am now much satisfied.nokia should give up making loud music phones if they cant make it defectless.

this phones camera is very best .speaker with loud sound.internet speed is very good.its touch is osummm. OVER ALL THIS PHONE (NOKIA 5800) IS DASHING PHONE :D

its is a worst multimedia phone i ever used,having lots of internal problem,cant save more mp3 or videos or othwerwise gets deleted automatically,even gets restar several times by own...

AnonD-1782, 29 May 2012nahhh its your own not so smart decision to buy this phone... you buy a second hand phone? ... moreive used symbian before on samsung omnia i8910hd and it ran a lot smoother than this! Its only a loan phone anyway as i wanted a music phone while live is being fixed. Its got all the 2010 updates on it but wheres the kinetic scrolling? I know its only got just over 400mhz processor which is weak by todays standards! One problem is the factory reset didnt get rid of previous internet settings so i had to do it all manually as browsing was becoming a pain! Opera mini browser is best and doubles the browsing speed! Tryed isms but it would only show incoming messages in the thread. Are there any thread sms apps that are not corrupt or dont show certificate expired? Is there anyway you can get paid apps for free? Do i go to 4shared? Symbian is frustrating compared to android!

This phone freezer alot. It switches off by itself. When answering the call it sometimes freeze. It sometimes says the wrong name when a call comes in. There is always new software to update. There is not a week that goes past that I must not restart the fone.

Its an honour cos your are comparing a phone produced in 2008 with a phone produced in 2011..

what a horrible phone! Texting is awful, its slow and unresponsive. Im using 5800 while my se live walkman is getting fixed. The only thing better on this phone is the bass. Android is very userfriendly and blows symbian out the water and im sure that millions of android owners would agree. 5800 is an old phone with a weak processor. Live walkman blows this out the water!

I have sent thousands of sms through it. No trouble. Though I am not sure why you are keen to buy something this outdated when so many Android phones are in the market, I sure can vouch for this phone. You may find it a bit slow and it does hang up now n then(quite rare.. happened eight or nine times in 2.4 years), it still is a well built and good phone.
