Hi ,all if u r phone does hangs frequently kindly exit everytime you go into u r phone if u click directly u r earlier opened application still running background if keep clicking 4/5 application that is the reason it get hangs NPD guy told this and it really works i tried just tried u 2 bye

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970hey guys if ur having problems with camera quality make sure u update to the latest firmware available and set the camera options to all defaults such as automatic and set the sharpness to soft then check back the camera quality by getting another shot . u will feel the difference .

This phone sounds pretty good. Although it doesnt have a lot of memory, it still functions a lot. The design is nice with the kinds of colours of choice.

Only NOki... moreNo, is not true, that's only guys like you who say that, because you are jealous at resistive screens that have better and sharper possibilities on touch UI, than the capacitive that has touch sensors on screen every 5.millimeters in distance, where the resistive is super sharp touch screen at 0.01,5.millimeter sensors, so take a closer look at the reality!
Sure there is X6 with capacitive screen, but they will not sell much of them at all, and they will fall the price lover than this phone sun.
This phone has high-resolution screen and you can point and touch very tiny things on the screen, you can paint and draw graphics on it, but in capacitive you are not able to do that newer so get TFOH!

hi, is it true that there would be another firmware update with the kinetic scrolling and new homescreen like n97? i was browsing the net a few days ago with the pics of a nokia 5800 xm with the updated firmware. im not really sure if its a hoax.
anyways, does the battery of the 5800 last only a day of texting and listening to music, watching videos??? its really annoying that my battery would only last a day and would charge everyday

I downloaded software updater to my pc going to ... moreYou don't have to worry about it, because v30xx to v31xx is no much difference so don't bother with it, but if there is menu of you n5800xm users that really want to update to v31xx, well i have the room firmwares for most n5800xm countries and i can upload it, there is all tools and explanations how to update, but made be risky if you don't know how to do it.

I am unable to update my software v30 to v31. I downloaded software updater to my pc going to nokia.co.in the v31. Later when i connected my mobile to upgrade i get a message your phone is already having v30 do you want to reinstall v30. I clicked no. I dont understand on the nokia website it is clearly given as v31 then why it still shows as v30 when i connect my phone to update using the nokia software updater tool? any comments

Whats the difference between capacitive and resistive screen. seems too be Applje has capacitive touch screen and others like Noka, samsung has resisitive screens. Among this, capacitive leads the role and thus Apple leads here, this is what i got an info from a guy who is using both nokia and apple.
can anybody give a valuable comment on this....

I think nokia will not release that firmware for this phone now, and the reason is that the marketing problem, more than ten million(10,000,000) n5800xm users are, and they expect few million will move to n97, n97mini, x6 or n900 if they ignore us with firmware release, but there is one more thing, few month a go nokia&co say that they will develop similar to n900 flash v9.4 player for this mokia and they are not ready, or they think we are cheap and they are giving us to much, so they are angry with them self.
Well this days new technologies is releasing in market everyday, and if us n5800xm community fell left in darkness, than maybe we just have to move for droids or badas things??
