ShauryaSaxena, 07 Nov 2009its a hardware proble, try a nokia service centre.Ok you meant the touchscreen response....its probably the proximity sensor problem.

Go to settings > app. manager > Installation sett.
Then set software Installation to "all"
Online Cert. Check = off
If this doesnt work then no idea.
About your touchscreen problem:
There's a proximity sensor to the left of your front camera. Dont cover it with your finger or anything. If its covered, your touchscreen wont respond while you have an incoming call. You might have put a screen guard which is covering it.

Nice phone but it is flawed. Memory gets corrupted for the 3rd time in as many as one month. This happens whenever i download more than 10mb file. 8gb memory is such a waste. Even the camera is flawed. Remove the back cover and the camera quality will be greatly improved. This is due to design flaw of the lens protector glass. It reflects the flash into the lens/sensor. So we get blurry, washed out noisy image. But it's so embarrassing to remove the battery cover everytime you wanna take a snap. Nice phone this is but flawed.

i already buy that phone ,the 5800 xpress music.. yeah really nice that i have the complete set of it...but i encounter problems with my charger and my headset.. it is not working already just in 3 days... my gosh! i am really shocked and get worried because of what happend... i go back there in nokia shop but they did not replace it right away...and it is really em barassing in my part because until now my phone is battery empty.. the employee there are not approachable... oh can you help me with my problem? huhuhuh :c
