Just lost all my saved data. Music, sms, videos, the lot. Anybody got advise to avoid it from happening again.

Got a new one today in Chennai, with Sennheiser Headphone & Reebok sunglass for Rs.13,350. Nice phone. Excellent interface. Some problem with charging. Flashed it. But still getting the same error (Apparently the charger is detected first and then forgotten next). Extremely unpredictable charging behavior. Need to check it tomorrow and get either the battery or the charger replaced!(Hope it is the charger!)

you know what guys, you are all crazy... im really sick of those people who actually wanted to defend 5800.. guys wake up... cant you see that samsung has actually have the iphone killer... move on to that piece of junk guys... i've had that 5800 which i can actually say its a very big mess...

you cannot actually put divx on 5800 because it doesnt support that file.......... so sad ;-(

is there anyone ask for a very silly question. well, i've read that someone asked if what is better, Samsung Jet or N5800.. let me tell you this, Samsung OS which is capacitive full TouchWiz UI is better than a resistive Symbian OS v 9.0. and even on looks jet is better. widgets are really great for samsung. you can actually find alot of applications including games, online widgets and alot more plus jet has this 800mhz processor which is a very fast one, no doubt faster than atom that i have on my mini note. it has also 3 standby screen which you can enjoy customizing.

hey guys since this phone came out months ago any feedbacks regarding the software or hardware or whatever you call it.. coz i have bad experience with my nokia 5610 i dont why it happens but my phone wont log in in its menu i mean everytime i open it, it restarts.. it would just show the welcome note then it restarts again or turns off.. i had it fixed a month ago but the problem came back yesterday.. so any chance you experience this kind of problem in 5800 coz i had enough with this 5610 i want to buy the 5800 but i want to make sure it has no problem like my 5610

this mobile has serious problem with wifi, with popular messege "NO GATEWAY REPLY".
if you going to buy it for WIFI i say you it bad choice.
search this "nokia 5800 no gateway reply".

5800 is indeed one of the best mobiles for that price range...
Now i'll give it the iPhone or ANDROID look.....

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2009how to download applications 4 dis ph.....Go to download! on menu or install ovi store to your phone. Lots of applications there. Some sites like dotsis, getjar etc also has applications for 5800
