Anonymous, 11 Oct 2009how to download applications 4 dis ph.....Go to download! on menu or install ovi store to your phone. Lots of applications there. Some sites like dotsis, getjar etc also has applications for 5800

michelle, 11 Oct 2009which one is better? 5800xpress music or N85?I have 5800 & N85. Both phones are really good. It's hard to pick which is which. So it's a matter of what your preference is, touchscreen or slide. Features? Handsdown to both!!!

Girl in need!, 11 Oct 2009OMG! so i was playing on my trampoline and i jumped on my back as usual (thats what i do on t... morehello girl in need. You narrowed down to two nice phones f480 and 5800. Both are great phones, and maybe f480 looks better than 5800 as girls mostly prefer the former and has better camera as well. But 5800 has really great sound and nice screen resolution. During a call the 5800 doesn't make weird sounds, it's the person on the other end who is making those weird sounds. Choose anyone you like, both are great. Can i join you on the trampoline?

OMG!
so i was playing on my trampoline and i jumped on my back as usual (thats what i do on the trampoline) DUH!
anyway when i hit the bouncing mat on my back i felt like i landed on a little hard box, so looking to see what was ........... it was my phone, its not the 5800 but it was my phone. i unlocked the phone to find.………… my screen has cracked.
I was gonna buy the 5800 like a month ago and the i switched to the n97, then before i could buy that the X6 came out, each phone got more and more expensive.
So any way i have like saved up only $543 and i have no idea what to buy so i go to the phone shop were my family and friends buy phones.
there were two options that i narrowed down to my preference.
Samsung f480
nokia 5800
and so here i am no phone and not sure what fone to buy when i remembered this site.
looking through and comparing i am gonna buy the 5800.
Can any nokia 5800 users please help me and tell me what its like?
the screen,
speakers,
the sound quality when calling,(i've heard that i makes really wierd sounds)
The battery,
and others things would really help.

... moreIf you prefer physical qwerty to type, e63 need to be your choice. I got slower and more error to type on 5800 display qwerty. My favourite is using numeric keypad with t9 as it is a way to type fast and error free. As long as you like to type with numeric keypad and you type standard words, 5800 is ok for the choice. I think that's your biggest concern to decide which phone you will buy.

black star, 10 Oct 2009Hey guys,i really need your help i want to buy a phone but i can not deside between Nokia 5800... more5800 is much better than 5530. 5530 doesn't have internal GPS, HSDPA connection, n the camera doesn't use carl zeiss optic like 5800. 5530 is the cheap version of 5800. But now, the price is almost in the same range, since 5800 is older then 5530.

I my self had been using some symbian phones, n i really enjoy to used it.. Many thing u can do with the phone. Windows mobile phone is the good choice also, since what you expect to your phone is not just as a "phone"
Java phone? It's not enough for me. Not much you can do in java phone..

i just bought this phone at 13k at Ahmadabad, India. but now this Nokia people have reduce many accessories.. like stand, tv out cable, the cover... the usb cable becomes smaller in length.. i mean why to reduce price by reducing the accessories.. why this people is becoming money greedy?
