In new 5800 sales packages, there is not anymore extra stylus, stand and pouch.... So no reason to be disappointed.

GO FOR 5800 XM.it has better quality sound than w995 and has more features.

Can somebody explain which is the best on audio quality, Is it 5800XM or Sony Erricsson W995?

i would call this phone the "the super sexy" defined if i had designed it and named it.its has this sex appeal onto it,very straight to point.if you had to take a very suffisticated women very straight to the point this would describe her.i just love this phone

helloo...i bought NOKIA 5800 abt 2weeks ago...it often hangs up...n d battery has to b removed n restarted then...also d phone gets heated up often when i use wifi...plss...help...wat cud d matter be...does anyone else encounter dis same problem??..i hav already updated it to v30...plzz help..thaaaknx!!

I recently bought this Nokia 5800 XM. I am still getting to know the phone and getting used to its functions, but a day after getting it I noticed that the screen display looks like its slightly skew. This might be a result of the transparent cover which has lines on it, but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this?

I bought the 5800 in Cape Town, South Africa. The phone is really cool but Nokia SA and MTN did not add the pouch, extra stylus and stand in the package. I queried it and according to MTN, Nokia is suppose to send the items to my service provider so that I can collect it.
After 3 months and what do you know, I'm still waiting and neither MTN is taking responsibility or Nokia customer service is keeping you on hold for 10 minutes or longer to help you with your query.
I even put the info on hallopeter.com but no feedback as yet.
This is making me think of why I left Samsung. With all this, I really like the 5800 but I did not expect such a bad service from Nokia SA.

But v30 update is not yet available. But mine is v21 and is very responsive.. With regards to flickering screen. Might be hardware problem.. Owner of black 5800
