how to make a hard reset & remove updates. I have many times made a hard & soft reset but the updates could not been removed.

Hi kind people in here.
I already update my firmware from v21 to v52 and it's really awesome and fast but I want to update my 5800 again to it's newest firmware (v60 or v62). Can anyone hep me to do that? I tried to update it using PC suite but it says that the only latest version on my list is v52. That's really frustrating.
Can anyone help me to this matter??
I am so eager to have v60 or v62 firmware. :(
Is there any other way of updating?
I already tried via OTA and it CAN'T HELP. =((((((

Anonymous, 30 Nov 2011my phone does not open messages. i can see new messages but i cannot open themFollow this instruction :
Go to Messages > Options > Sim Messages
It is already full that's why it appears to your screen. You have to delete some messages.

the temperature of places has nothing to do with the horizontal lines. it simply means the lcd display is starting to malfunction. so just have it replace to solve the issue.

Version 51.1 is the new release.
Connect your phone to pc with original data cable and open ovi suite. Go to software update and follow the simple procedure

Anonymous, 07 Dec 2011how do you put the SIM card in.... im finding it impossible....it's so easy, u have to insert sim like u insert memory card bt u have to first remove battery and then remove sim card it's not push back system

Anonymous, 07 Dec 2011how do you put the SIM card in.... im finding it impossible....on the left side of your phone, next to the word "Nokia", you will find a small black cover (looks like the volume button), remove this small cover and insert the SIM card
