one question, 5800 upgraded to 434 MHz does the inner system change? example like Kinetic Scroll that appears in Nokia 5530...

It will take awhile to be available to the whole world. So you will most probably get the V21 with your device.
Even without the latest firmware you can experience kintec scrolling with your phone's web browser. and yes that's the same thing which the iphone has.
There are quite a number of applications available for this phone. and one of the best sites I have come across for S60V5 applications is www.mobicreed.com. And if you're willing to pay a few bucks there are more. And though you are a student I'm sure you can manage to buy those becasue those aplications are not that expensive.
And depreciation is a common thing in this work. EVERYTHING is effected by it. And mind you, if you're planning to buy a phone as an INVESTMENT just forget about the whole idea of buying as you're not buying a house or a land which increases value with time.
And even Nokia hasn't announced a date regarding the V31 release date so there's no way in the word for someone in this forum to help you with that.
Remember, a phone can never be an INVESTMENT.

Anyways getting on to your question, I still haven't found a website which we can entirely rely on this case. Even GsmArena ( http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_5800_xpressmusic_to_get_kinetic_scrolling_widgets-news-1026.php ) once announced about it but after that there hasn't been any news.
I've read a few posts in this forum saying that those rumours are true but I'm not sure.

the phils. is a nokia-phone user but the dissipation of the new version softwares to wide range user in this country takes months(many months/weeks) before the phone users can able to install it...what a disgrace

Please do not buy this phone, only if u want to waste ur money
