I have this phone. The only problem with it is that it gets stuck many times after a moth or 2.

This phone is garbage. We went on holidays and it wiped out blocks of photos of its own accord. The camera is truly lousy at night and the operating system is cumbersome and tiring. The memory setting for contacts is awful and it keeps freezing up when using the internet. Stay away do not buy just because you like free music.

In Nepal market, I feel and hear that Nokia 5800 is worse giving result in all features..no one users are satisfied and have lots of complain...Can anyone says is it realy happnening other country users too, if not what could be problem in Nepal marketed 5800?

I bought one in Shanghai but all models in China has no WLAN capability due to China government law.
So, it's not good to buy the unit in China intended for local market. However, it works very well and the sound esp. using the earphone that goes with it is excellent.

the internet browser closes and disconnects frm wlan alone sometimes..... This happens to me since i updated the phone to v30... Some1 help

Guys... please help me choose between N5800, c905 and w995....Nooo ofcourse the 5800 is the best...the c905 is sooo slow i every thing even if want to swhich in the log of calls betweenthe missed or the dialed u feel it soo slow and freeze ..but infact i dunno any thing about the 2995 but i think it's the same slow adn the old os of the c905 and the mobiles whih created by SE from 3 years ago....so the 5800 is the best and just the best...

Anonymous, 29 Jul 2009as i saw in review of 5530 .. i think that 5530 is faster in browsing galleries etc than 5800.... more5800is the worlds greatest ph for browsing and for every thing.pls dont give worng information.

unfortunatly this phone looks better than what it is.
i did the mistake to buy it!!! The fist secont i switch it on it stuck so i had to remove the battery!!!! 20 minutes later stucked AGAIN!!!! the software is sooooo old. i felt like i bought 6260 or 6600 ... 5-6 years old technology That pathetick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank God the next day i returned it to the shop, got a refund and i got rid of that SHIT PHONE!!!!

the screen on 5800 sometimes has color combined like a rainbow , but when lock and unlock the phone the screen is back to normal , is the screen problem a software issue? if yes, can it be fix by a firmware update? what version? or hardware problem ? which needs to get the screen replaced at nokia center !

anybody can help me??when i use the mmc for messaging,, the messages cannot be open..but when i use the phone memory it works fine..the messages can be open..what shud i do??
