But the 5800XM is quite good in it's own way. Best bang for the buck.
OR wait a bit until the N97 stabilizes.

That's what I read. Honestly, what will the goverment get from listening to conversations of millions of people? How does it help them to KILL? and why the eff do only put their bugs on Nokia phone? LMAO IMO, if they really want to SPY on their people? If they want to pinpoint a certain target..? go directly to the telecom providers.
Anywho, STOP wasteless BANTERS saying that NOKIA is OUT TO GET IRANIANS.

actuelly, i found som news 4m other sites dat nokia 5800XM lunching da newest n bugfixes firmware update soon but som user posting after update wi-fi will system error or camera also not well as same like b4 coz they'hv updated version so pleez anybody out there hav new update?? And same prob u hav??

I'm sorry, but this sort of gutter press clap trap gets so far up my nose. How dare you say Nokia helps to kill Iranians? Anonymous, 22 Jul 2009can anyone tell me if it is harmful for the touchsccreen to touch it with the fingers?I do not thinks it's harmful to a touch screen when you touch it with your finger. HENCE the word touch.
But if you mean from scratches? just put in capdase screen protector. ^_^

anyone who wants better music in headph,just use sony ericsson 3.5 mm audio jack headph.the sound quality is awesome,the bass and beats r so loud and clear.

And I must see, when i ... morepls dont give wrong information,the 5800has not a single prb.it only lacks image quality at dark.otherwise it is the best set evar made by nokia.dont give wrong information.

"my battery doesn't fit propely (somehow) so my phone turns off all the time." this seems to be an issue, as i bought my phone to the care centre twice... one time all they did was give it a firmware update and say nothing is wrong with it... the next time they said they made the battery fit properly by adding an extra plastic part.... BUT my issue is NOT resolved.. my phone does not charge properly, it just continues charging even though i may charge it for 24 hours the phone just says it is still charing! planning to call up nokia and see what they are going to do about it.... NOT HAPPY!

The news about the v30 for 5800 is not confirmed. v30 is confirmed but it does not mean that it will bring kinetic scrolling and widget based home screen or improved camera performance.

So far it's been good, but the battery lifetime has been disappointing.
