I updated my firmware today to v21.0.025, after when i try to open IM application it doesn't respond... can somebody please help :(
Great Phone though, i'm lovin it.

To use these documents as the site says that you can open you need to download Quickoficce

At least the phones that work with this model is not oficce installed, you must download, can not open Excel

Hi People. I recently purchased this phone. The specification sheet on GSM arena says that it has a document and pdf viewer. However , I am unable to find it on the phone. Could someone help me out with this ? Thanks a tonne !!!

Killersmith, 15 Jul 2009You say the side lock stop functioning and now u cant see the callers name.the sidelock has no... moreThe phone is unlocked, i can answer the phone but the screen stays black even if i pull the side button, so i cannot see who is calling untill i have answered the phone. also the screen used to turn off when the lock button is pulled, however it no longer does that, the screen stays on meaning my battery now only lasts a day maximum.
Like i said there obviously is a major fault with my phone, however my sibiling also has this phone and does not rate it highly.

This phone is terrible! I've had this phone since january and have had nothing but problems with it. the phone is slow and can not handle too many functions at once e.g. if im on the phone, put the call on loudspeaker and try and send a text at the same time (which does happen often if i recieve a message whilst on the phone) the phone cannot handle this and the screen keeps going black. Also when i am generally going through the functions of the phone the screen seems to go black for around a second before the next screen loads. it may seem a minor pause but the phone should be instantanious. The screen is a cheap plastic material and not solid like in the iphone so it bends in when touching it and reflects in different ways. the upper layer of the phone feels like over time it will seperate from the lower layer of the phone. The phone is far thicker than it should be. The side lock button on my phone has lost function and now does not work so i cannot see who is calling me.
I have rang the phone operator who sold me the phone (t-mobile england) and am sending it. My sister also has the same phone as we upgraded at the same time. she also feels the phone is of poor build quality and not capable of keeping up with the user. my handset is considerably worse than hers, however both phones are very poor and it was a mistake to buy them. we are now both selling them and replacing them with blackberry bolds.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase this phone.

this phone is so amazing man, its outer this world dude. the music is so cool would tell every1 to get 1 man. i work for carphone and its by far the best music phone in the world dude. peace out dudes, love to all u geeks out there. xoxoxox

Today i used a demo 5800 with firmware v 21.* in Nokia Priority for some time.I liked the set, all functionalities were fine, but the accelerometer was slow. Touch screen was reasonably fine.video and sound quality is very good .Overall the cell is a nice package for the price being offered.

Hi i just wanna ask,does anyone have sound distortion when play some of the videos or songs in high volume true stereo speakers? When i play minipop like i do that comes with device sound get distiorted! Thats normal? Sorry for my poor english.
