if any1 of of u guyz hav a problem lyk icons r missing, etc.. try to reset ur fone by calling *#7370# but be xur 2 back ur stuffz up.. back-up twice 2 b xur.. enjoy!

Emir, 10 Jul 2009And one more question,does yourp phone play nokia sound when u switch it on? my doesnt,its silent!emir. if your phone is in silent.. it will not play nokia sound.. but if it is in general.. it will.. in statr-up.. :DD

i was just wondering how to use QUICKWORD in 5800 i downloaded, used it , it works fine for just first page, how to go to 2nd page is a mystery. forums say use directional keys which are not there for 5800. i dont know how to move between pages on 5800.

Also.. another problem with lack of physi... moreI use the normal browser and mine is red. the keyboard only appears on the screen only when you want to type in something while browsing and the rest of the time its hidden away. The screen DOES respond to fingernails and finger tips as well.

akoakoako, 10 Jul 2009my battery is very poor.. it only takes one day,, while my friend got it for 3 days.. even for... moreadjust the backlight to the lowest level: menu settings phone display light sensor.. just adjust it to the lowest one.
if u have wlan scanning on, turn it off, bluetooth also, turn it off if ur not using it, gps also
DONT turn the phone off, cuz the processing that the phone has to do when u turn it back on take a lot of battery, turn off the vibrating when u touch on the screen, if u wish also turn of vibration when receiving a call, vibrate takes a lot of battery too.. w
well, i think thats all it can help.. my battery now lasts for like a week with all this

i know t... moreupdate to the latest version v21 if u havent... go to settings, phone, phone management, device updates, there options and check for updates to find if u need it. thats for ur bugs
if u have this one, and the stuff dissapeared, go to settings, personal, home screen, home screen theme, and then select shortcut bar and there u go

5800 user, 10 Jul 2009there is a new firmware alright but its not v31 , i just updated mine and its version 21.0.101... morelol.. version 21 is the latest version and it has been out since a while now.. actually v21 isnt new

Anonymous, 10 Jul 2009Help plz.I have just got my Nokia 5800 on monday n can't seem to use my tv output.Is there any... moreto fix the tv output problem, plug it in the deveice n tv..and go to settings then go to phone then accessories and change tv system from PAL to NTSC that should fix your problem
