Hi does anyone have website for free 5800 games and app downloads. I know of mobicreed and getjar, anymore sites?
Nokia 5800 is fairly good allround. Only concern is the camera quality when taking pictures at night. Although the video is quite good. I give thumbs up for this fone. (have it for 2 days and its the best).

Hi..all, Camera quality in low light is really bad. could anyone tell me if any solution is available.
I am using this phone for 2 months now and found it wonderful. You'll really enjoy the big and clear large display. Camera is the only concern.

i do like this phone tho i noticed the 5800 that have software problem are mostly vodafone,or the meteor network,i have noticed very little problems on 02.i think every network puts their own software on their own phones.im on 02 have no problems its a good phone only the camera could have better quality!!!

Hi does anyone have mxit on this fone?can u write fast considering its a touch screen ,also would sending smses?...
and
while driving is it easy to make a call?...

I have this phone for two months now, and I'm quite satisfied with it.
But, for the time being, this phone is far from iPhone. Mostly, because the support is not as good and open as with apple. Namely, if you're looking at OVI or other Nokia sites, the number of applications, games and other software cannot cope with the Apple. Even though there is a lot of s**t available for iPhone - but at least it's there.
Other then that, the performance of this phone is very solid.

Syncronizes, 02 Jul 2009hey guys. i got this phone for 2 days.. this phone is rock.. i love it.. :) but i found m... moreHi, if you have not solve the problem about Opera-mini to uninstall and fresh install again, then you should have take out your memory-card and put in to PC, then use explorer to find the folder E:\Private\102033E6\MIDlets\[101d85f0] and delete it, then put in to your phone and install, this should work for sure!

Since you bought the nokia 5800, do you face any pro... moreI have the 5800 for 6 months now and believe me...i never had any major issues with it like the earpiece problem, or the screen problem. I had only one issue in v20 firmware where the fone used to hang due to the proximity sensor but that is a past thing now.
now i have v21 installed and not a single hang, believe me not a single hang in 2 months.
Sound Quality is awesome. Watching video on this widescreen is Excellent. Dont hesitate to buy this fone coz if you take a look around this forum, every fone has got negative comments. So dont worry.

Since you bought the nokia 5800, do you face any pro... moreI have never experienced a problem with my handset so far and its been almost 6 months i've had it. It doesn't freeze, processor is very good, the touch screen responds very well and the sounds are extremely good. To be honest before buying this handset I bought an iPod touch just for the music and not i hardly use it since i bought this. you get a whole year of free music supply and you don't need to download low quality music from lime wire or any other sources coz you can download extremely good quality crystal clear music from nokia music. I personally have no negative comments about this phone. Though this phone focus mainly on music the still images and the videos I have taken with the camera are extremely good and clear. I don't think you'll regret if you buy this.

I have had the phone 3 months, all of a sudden I can't save any of the still images into gallery or access those previously saved despite loads of memory available. Anybody know what the problem is? Video works just fine

Good things---
1. Good Music Phone (Speaker is loud)
2. Cheaper price (compared to the function it has)
3. Big Screen.
4. Enough Memory for maximum user (8 GB provided)
5. Software is speedy (S60 5th)
6. Battery is OK or Good
Problems---
a. Build quality is average (some will say very bad-- mainly screen's flickiring prob & Volume prob)
b. Camera is average (Bad at low light)
C. No physical Numeric Key (not a big prob)
d. Proximity Sensor is not as good as u may think.
I am using it from 25-12-2008. I updated it's software to V 21.0.025 n I install lots of software in it.
Quick office - Adobe PDF reader - Zip Manager
Phone Torch - Smart Movie Player - Google Map
Nimbazz - Facebook - Accu Weather - Paint Pad
Lots of Games
MY opinion about Nokia 5800XM is --
It's a very much average quality Phone with good sound n big screen n touch UI.

hi winura, may i just ask a few question. Since you bought the nokia 5800, do you face any problem with it? Do you face any problems like all the other user have? hows the sound quality?
