Jai, 21 Oct 2011Frends, new update brings only new like anna browser and lock screen big clock. But no more ... moreBro...previous update r v20,v31,v40,v51,v52 n now v60. I jump straight fromv20 to v52 the result WOW!! Not to mention various homescreen from 3 party developer/ modders (i love my orange tornado HS.) its good enough for 3 year old produce mobile...for me I wont buy a smart phone if its already 2 years old in the market cogs it will received less fw update. I won't buy a second hand either cos I dont know the previous owner handle the phone. Any way this phone is worth buy for me in year 2009

Hi all 5800 Users,
I just installed the C6 Based CFW on my 5800 (RM-356), and its blazing fast now!
Widgets on homescreen, landscape mode in HS like N97, Anna Icons, New Fast browser, QT based apps working!
It definetly gives new life to a 3 year old phone!
Recently gave up my Blackberry and went back to my Nokia... Best decision ever...

Hey all i'm very glad to inform to all indian 5800xm users that the new firmware v60 is now awailable in india via fota or pc suite only 6.5mb size.
Enjoy the New 5800xm..

new F.W far 5800xm v60 now avilable. Good news far every user of this best mobile.new browser 7.3 is fast then fist. Update the map. Tuch is better. Increes prformence too. Added arabic and chines languag. Foto browser is fast. 72MB memory avalable after instal the new FW. Enjoy (shahzad from kuwait)

i've checked the beta labs.com it seem that sleeping screen is availbale for s60v5 anybody have tried it?

Yeah the V60 is already available for update. I bet this phone will still be good for another year.. To all those who are frustrated SMILE!!!

I am one of the lucky ones who was able to get a hold of this unit and for almost three years now, I find it hard to believe it is the most pratical and reliable smartphone one can have regardless of its slow processor. Years ahead, this unit will become a classic like the first Mac.
