I don't know whether it is a hardwa... moreyes it does have proximity sensor problem i am suffering from it since last 5 months when i make a call screen goes black no matter how many keys i press It doesn't turn back on untill call is disconnected. Its a software issue and Nokia is way more worse than cheap chinese brands its been 11 months since the launch of that phone and nokia didn't fix this issue i don't know WTF is nokia doing??? they are losing customers like us. i won't buy anymore nokia device they showed me how Carless this company is

Hi guys I bought this phone October 2020. its been 5 months Here is my honest Review.
When i Saw that phone i was very excited because it has Alot of features in low price But i am very disappointed with the support of Nokia They are the worst. This Phone has 2 issues
(1) Proximity sensor doesn't works yes it doesn't believe me when i make a call Screen goes black no matter how many keys i press also there is no option to turn that option off i did an onlinr research and found on nokia forum that All nokia 5.3 users are suffering with this issue and nokia team doesn't give a F**k.
(2) Audio cuts Out while playing games. yes it sounds weird but its True i tried 4 games and same issue. Software of nokia is even way worse than cheap chinese brands.
Please don't buy This phone unless Nokia fix these 2 problems with a software Update. I don't know what are they doing???? its been 11 months since the release of that phone and they didn't fix these software bugs in 11 months i am seriously disappointed i used to be a big nokia fan from 2007 to 2011. Old nokia actually died the Nokia i loved. if they don't fix these issues in a couple more months i swear i am not gona buy anymore nokia device anymore in my whole life.
