Hi guys,
This is a really cute phone, stylish and very user friendly.. It should have had an Mp3 player also!! But, I'm really satisfied with N6020.. Good Choice!!!!

I just bought my N6020 last Friday, November 25, 2005. Since I want a basic phone, I can say that I had a prized catch in N6020. Great phone! Easy to use and the keypad's great. Good resolution for taking pictures. This is one of the best phones I've ever had. No regrets for me.

Maybe there's a bug with your phone software. You could take it to the shop for its memory to be reflashed.

I have a problem with my Nokia 6020. I cannot make groups for my Contacts. When I slect Caller Groups, it sends me to the beginning, i.e. there is not a menu of the groups under this option. What do you think the problem can be? Thank you!

To the guy who had problems playing midi files, you should use Pc Suite to transfer the midi from your computer to the phone. Pc Suite has a sound converter program that converts the midi to the proper format for the phone. For certain midis, you may have to use the sound converter to remove certain instruments (often percussion for me) to get them to play.
Other than the trouble with midi, this phone is great.

I have absolutely no problems with my 6020. If you need a basic, no frills, easy to use, quick response(no delays as with Symbian phones), reliable phone, then this is one of the best value for money. Don't ask for mp3, excellent videos etc. - otherwise it won't be the same low price. I can't understand why some people have Nokia phones that break down....I have had many Nokia phones and never a problem.
