Great phone - nice look and nice feeling.
There has been no problems whatsoever, with Nokia 6020 sold in scandinavia - neither the new 6021, with no camera but bluetooth.
Nokia phones for the Scandinavian market is not produced in the same factories, as the phones for the outside European market.

this phone is a total disaster to my life. i appreciated it at first but when i began to encounter problems like; not playing every midi file, slow videos, n jus recently TOTAL MEMORY LOSS, i knew the phone was total rubbish for its price. nokia has really dissapointed me.

Nokia 6020 is a good phone. I didnt face any problem like it goes dead after few days. or infrared doesnt work..... only 'not so good' think about it is that it hasnt good display. cam resolution is low and video quality is low. it doesnt support memory enhancement with mem card. it takes time for opening applications and game. but overall is is good for those who would like to use gprs on 6020. Nokia could have made it shorter in length..it looks a little bit tall...

i suffer the same problem.my 6020 went dead after one month.i suggest that no one buy this phone coz it's totaly WASTE OF MONEY.now im looking forward to get new phone.which one is better, the old n-gage or the QD?plz send ur opinion via email(mmsdreamz@yahoo.com).im really need someone help on phone matter.thanks

Hi,
I’ve using the Nokia 6020 for about 6 days and in comparison to other phone in it class it’s of poor build quality. The phone feels cheap and flimsy, with a thin plastic case.
The phone has a very average display with the wallpaper colors being either oversaturated and the contrast levels inaccurate, and no setup for adjusting the display brightness.
The setting for wallpapers have a contrast setting, but when you try to save your new image as your wallpaper it reverts to old contrast levels.
The icons and background color settings aren’t even close. If you check the settings for the blue and green set up for the display, it’s just close. The only color correct is red.
The keypad sound is ok in a very quiet environment; with only 3 levels in adjustment.
The IR interface refused to work properly, I could never connect prpoerly.
Then the phone failed after 6 days with only a white screen, and now back for repairs.
It seems that Nokia got to about a 90% solution then gave up, and never finished the product. It’s an average phone and worth an average price, other manufacturers offer a better quality phone for the same money.

we are taken hostage about this 6020.my 15 days old 6020 lost its memory.its a mess.it's not worth buying this 6020.

My Nokia 6020 phone also went dead.And cannot start up again. Actually this was happend also with my officemate last week. And since this is under warranty, we shoulder no cost. I am worry after the warranty period. Can anyone know why this is happening on this model?

The bad thing about this phone is that it has a small memory. Anything else... great phone!!!
