I read all the comments about this phone and i will buy it tomorrow.Everybody says battery life is good.I want to learn how much hours did you all charged your phones as a first time charging.In nokias handbooks it says "plug off the cable when the battery is full,don't charge after the battery is full"Some people say charge 24 hours,some say 12 hours.I am confused.

How can you rate this phone better "Design" then the 6021. The only difference with the phones is that the 6020 has camera, and the 6021 has bluetooth! BIZARRE! Is a camera rated as .7 better in design? I think not.

Does this phone play all the midi files? When I saved midi files converted through PC Suite software for NOKIA 6020 (in 6020 compatible format), it did not play and a message saying file can not be opened appeared. A few files were played though. Can someone please tell why some files are played and others are not. (all files had 16 or less than 16 notes)

To take the cover off: take back, cover off, then unclip the bottom of the front cover. then use something thin, i used a plectrum for a guitar, and run it down the crack that opens up, there is another clip in the middle of the phone which is then released, and the cover pops off

Initially, had misgivins about buyin der Nokia 6020, but now think it's an ok phone :)

dku-5 will fit the 6020, the CA42 just have a lower power consumptions compared to the dku-5.

hi miaden,
yes the DKU-5 will fit the 6020 but it all depends on what version of windows you are using as to wheather the phone will be easy to set up or wheather you'd need to download an updated version of the nokia software. i hope this helps. :)

hi sara,
this is a settings problem. the carrier that you go through should be able to help set this up (as it might not be set up on your account as well) anyway try going into messages and there should be a message settings option there somewhere, then chose MMS settings and then it should come up MMS profiles or somthing like that then chose the carrier's MMS settings. i don't know if they are the exact steps to take but i hope this helps. otherwise contact your carrier and they will help you out. :)

How do I go about sending pictures on the 6020? It saves them to the outbox, trys to send them then comes up with 'multimedia message failed'.
