I'm more of a flip phone person now but this was my very first handphone. It's a bit heavy and thick though. But it's very tough. I dropped it a ton of times... several times on the road (tar) and on gravel and the phone just bounced around... Not very major damages, just some scratches and the occasional tiny dent. Because of my long fingernails, some of the lacquer and paint scratched off the buttons. All in all, this is a nice, easy to use phone with FM radio, WAP, GPRS and MMS. Sadly there's no bluetooth. It charges very quickly and the battery lasts a long time. It never hang or anything but sometimes when i answered calls, there was no sound and the line was all silent... Maybe this has nothing to do with the phone, I dunno. The keypad is very good too, I msged very frequently with this phone and none of the buttons stopped fuctioning. A good phone for its price. I don't mind answering if anyone has questions about this phone...
I would like to know if anyone else has noticed a tingling in their fingers or numbness in their arms when using this phone
Got 6030 free with purchase of 1000 min TMobile To Go card. Cheap is right. Removable cover makes phone feel low quality. Need to hit buttons just right. Example is hitting "menu" then "*" to unlock keypad: tricky to hit "menu" without hitting nav keys then quickly hit the center-right of the "*" key, if you get the left edge, missed it. Phone dims to quickly (10 secs) with no setting to change it. Recently, I started getting feedback during calls. I've had several inexpensive cell phones--there are better phones for the same price.
Great Phone!
Has an FM Radio & all the features a low costing phone needs. Not so heavy & 3MB Memory. You must use & see the phone. It's a good phone for new mobile users.

This is not exactly multiple alarms, but you can add a note in the calendar, and have it alarm on that.
My Nokia 6030 has been pretty dependable, but it's really not that great.
-The Reception is a couple steps below my last sony ericsson. Don't get me wrong, it's decent, but i'm beginning to think that nokias don't seem to have that great of reception anymore. This phone has dropped a few calls over the past few months, when i've never had trouble with previous phones in this same area.
-Texting isn't very efficient. If I want to send a new text message, it goes through about 4 different screens, verifying the contact/phone number again and again. Really annoying. This part really irritates me because I text a LOT.
-Menus could be a lot quicker. No matter which phone I'm using, I usually am hitting menu buttons before anything pops up - but this phone is exeptionally slower than previous phones i've used. The same goes with 'locking' the keys, it's slow, and if you don't hit the 'menu' keyn then '*' at the right interval, it doesn't lock.
-Web browsing is extremely slow and limited.
Obviously these problems are to be expected with such a phone. This phone is inexpensive, and it is made to just cover the basics of today's cell-phone needs. Overall I think it's a decent phone - mostly because I got it for free as a replacement. I have dropped it on several occasions with no ill effects. Simply put, it does the job, however ineffectively.
Anyone figured out how to setup more than one alarms? Thanks.
