somebody tell me that how many types of interfaces are available to connect 6100 to the PC. either I connect 6100 through serial cable
Very nice phone. Good battery time, good sound quality, excellent features, nice looking color display.
I recommend to those who have software problems to upgrade to software v. 5.16. (you can find out software version no. by entering *#0000#)
It looks like you can't change the ring tone for the alarm clock. Why can't I choose from the sound files and change the tone to one I like best? Is this right or am I missing something here?
Why couldn't Nokia add a call timer displayed during any call? It makes sense when you want to limit the cost of some calls...everyone has that except Nokia...Is that pride in avoiding good things from ALL other manufacturers?!
very gooood loooooking mob i like this mob vry much soon i will buy it....thx
Nice and small and light, but a bit dull. My girlfriend has one. Nokias series 40 OS is just so boring!
Well I have one now...it sure is great phone...after Samsung N500 :-(. Samsung telephones ONLY have nice displays and design...
graphic is not very in high quality.colors dosent seem good and pictures seems artificial.

I think 6100 is good but it's colour display is not up to the mark. Anyways it is handy, that's why I have 6100 in my pocket.
Grrrrrrrrrreat phone, but the display should be improved (up to 65000 colours) and the phonebook should allow attaching pictures to contacts. Otherwise, GRRRRREAT PHONE, buy it, especially the ladies :)
i was confused shall i go for it or noo .. but since i read all what u have said .. i'll goo now and buy it .. thanx alot for encouraging me and im sure i wont be disappointed specially after all what u've said
it#s a great phone , but the display could be a little bit more performance, like the samsung's one!!!
It is the worst phone that ever made.It is very very angly and has a very stupid desighn.I have a nokia 6100 and i tell you is awful.
The Nokia 6100 is an excellent phone for adults. It has all the features that I need, and quite a few that I don't need now, but may need in the future - all contained in a small, light and stylish package.
It doesn't have Bluetooth, but that's not an issue for me as I don't want Bluetooth. However, I understand that a Bluetooth version of the 6100 will be released shortly - which will give those of you who do need it the opportunity to buy a great phone.
The Nokia menu structure is very intuitive - particularly if (like me) you've owned Nokia phones for the past 8 years. This feels like a quality phone, the keys are large enough for adult-sized fingers, and the backlit display is excellent at night. PC connectivity is available if you want to synchronise the calendar function of the phone to your PC, and/or download new wallpaper or ringtones.
A truly remarkable little phone. Go on, buy one…… you know you want to!
Nokia 6100 is a phone for travelling around the globe with its triband network of GSM 900/1800/1900. i never go out without it because that is my companion in communication matters like sending MMS or SMS,Browsing the net or checking my emails, playing java games. It's Enchanced Calendar and to-do list that i never miss any agenda and happenings and its cool polyphonic ringing tones that turn my phone into a radio when it rings.that phone is easy to slip to my pocket cause it's is slim and lightweight of 76 grams with that weight i'am just carrying a 5 coins. with that phone is effective way to communicate and fits my lifestyle
