um, i will still choose 6120, although GPS is fun too. I don't really need the function of a navigator, anyway, i think it depends on the user...
This is a great phone with great price. But one thing i cant figure out what's wrong. The spec says it's 3.5G with 3.6 mbps data transfer, but I could get only 460 kbps. does anyone know how to get max speed? appreciate your help
if you guys have a choice between 6120 and navigator which will ul choose and why.to my understanding the only diff is the navi and 3d sound.
I jsut checked it. it won't reduce it pixel size and still remains as 1600x1200 though u have zoomed it to 4x
I jsut checked it. it want reduce it pixel size and still remains as 1600x1200 though u hv zoomed it to 4x
Hi all! Just want to ask something with regards to camera of this 6120.. Is the camera of this 6120 still shoots a picture in "full resolution" when using the 4x digital zoom on this phone? I mean the resolution, is it still 1600x1200 pixels? Because with the 6300, using the 8x digital zoom reduces the resolution to 240x320 pixels. So in other words, it only makes cut outs of the original larger image.. Is the 6120 still shoots in full resolution even when you use the zoom function?. Thanks and i'm hoping that someone would reply.
Nokia 6120 has features most people will want into a phone. My only concern is that when it records a video, and the sound is so loud (like you're in a concert), the audio of the recorded video will be distorted. Is there any way to fix this? But aside from that, this is a very good phone. I have it for about a year now. And never had any problems
i would just like to know is the problems with the 6120 fixed now with the new software 4.21
Definitelly, with out dout.
THE BEST PHONE IN THE WORLD dont hesitate to buy
wow, mr. light here has so much to tell with our phone ;) i've learned much and i'm glad you are one of the people that values this phone. My 6120c rocks! *muah
nokia 6120 is better than n70,n71,n72,n73,6300.
the only difference of n73 and 6120 is the camera.but 6120 is lightning speed stuff!
n73 and n70 mocks me just like a turtle especially when opening messages and gallery.
hi there guys!could anyone tell me if a 2gb microsd behave quickly when used in this beautiful goddess of phone?im just planning to buy one, because my 1gb is full, almost, that i feel it crowded-crowded of music.ü
the battery life depends on ur first 3 uses. u(anyone with a battery-operated gadget) must kip in mind to charge and uncharge fully the battery three times from your purchase.i, as an electronics and communications engineering student knowledgeably knows that every battery in this world has its 'worktym' and that the ions(electronics term) within the battery will just 'behave' normally by applyng the first 3 'discipline'. i had this fantasti, awesome and autological phone, and that the fact that i have bought it 2 months ago will prove that my bl-5b is the best-putting in account that everyday, i am playing the musicplayer 6 hours straight-with the normal 25-40 message incomings, and, according to my experience, 2-4 calls of 2-6 minutes each (with the player in the background, and sometmes using loudspeakers, and , the most extreme, wyl multitasking-one of the great features of 6120).
and before i end, i also wanted to thank the guy hu suggest the 'single network technique' or gsm mode instead of dual signal because it trully consumes the battery.i have just, dis very time, deactivated the dual mode and ill be happy if my music player will last 8-10 hours of continuous playing.this is so ideal that if u ideally not need the videocall, u can select gsm and deactivate the umts or 3g of the phone.
nokia 6120 is the best at its level-and of price too!thanks nokia!if u have time of designing a new fone and eventually be releasing it, it must be 10tyms greater than 6120/6121 for me to replace my beloved classic phone!!
hmm..ur 6120, i mean our 6120 can be used as modem by just connecting it to your pc.but of course, u must hav nokia pc suite and that's it!click on the inernet achuchuchu icon on the pc suite and the rest wil guide you from there.
oh,can anyone tell me what headset/phone is the best complimment for this glamourous pearl wyt 6120?nokia hs47 is a mess, it is a noise producer.i wonder if a sennheiser or sony could do, and so is the hs41 that is described in the packaging..anyone please??
my 6120 classic is so versatile, and that the fact that i have dropped and knocked it very hard several times is one of its unbelievable versatility!
hmm..concerning those irritating issues, i had and will still be having great times with my 6120, and that i can use it when taking stolen shots just by covering the loudspeakers by my thumb!smooth zooming also contributes.but remember, 6120 is just a camera phone and not a digicam so if u'r complaining with the annoying inconviniences, please throw ur 6120 and buy a sony cybershot-d one with 15.6megapixel carl zeiss lens.
and!u can access the phonebook wyl calling by pressing the menu key and then poof!u can now access any menus!isn't it?common sense, babies!
love ur 6120 or else it'll hate you!
I got this phone last week ("upgraded" from 6280). A few things that bug me.
There's no access to "recently used" when composing a text message. You have to go fully back into the contacts... every time!
You cant access the phone book (or menu) while on a call. Used this alot when people call asking for a friends number.
contact's opens in the last open record, so you constantly have to click "back"
All these could be done with the 6280. I suppose my concern is more with Symbian than the hardware. Basically it all adds up to more unnecessary clicks. grr.
The phone hardware itself is great.
Though I do like the unlimited contacts
ladies and gents,
'Tis a good phone indeed, um, its true that it has no WIFI but still rocks, aside from the issue that it heats up when calling, anyone here played '7 Days' game? i played it and my phone got hot,. non-3D games are normal...
For those looking for 'silent shutter' for the camera, better check back on the forum because many had discussed the subject.
