I dont get it ..... why so cheap...
is it for Market capture... or does it have cheap material...
Best of all, Nokia are pricing the 6120 Classic at about €260 / £160 before tax and subsidy, which makes this an exceptionally good value for money handset.
The HSDPA support on the Nokia 6120 Classic allows download speeds of up to 3Mbps or so, and the dual-band UMTS capabilities mean that it can be used in the United States as well as Europe. Quad-band GSM support means that you can use it away from UMTS networks pretty much anywhere in the world. All in all, the combination of high-speed data, multimedia support, camera and screen is very impressive and it will deliver everything most consumers need.
It's worth mentioning the weight again - the 89 grams Nokia 6120 classic is 10 grams lighter than the popular 6230i, a whopping 21 grams lighter than the 3G 6233 and only one grams heavier than the basic Nokia 5070.
A smart phone with all the features. Cheers to Nokia. But if it really has a mono speaker(I don't know yet exactly) I think it will be a great disadvantage for this phone
Sonyericsson is better only in camera term and nothing else music can be managed with Nokia and i cant understand why people say battery of N95 su*ks it has powerful than many SE phone 950mAh its QVGA resolution screen it will consume nearly same battery as other do 6120 will definately have an hour less of working or talktime than Nokia 6233 but we are not going to use Nokia 6120 as a laptop to work 5 hours so if u want longer talktime go buy Phillips phone that offer long talktime and dont waste time and space here.
yeah, great phone. honestly, i also like it's design, and the features are really cool... i wanted an n73, but this one is lighter, bigger screen than n73 and cheaaaaper! i heard that the price will be around 300 euros. too bad of the battery - small talking time - hope it's real though.
button too small. I like 6233 screen to keypad ratio proportion better.
this will be great in australia, most 3g networks are upgrading to HSDPA on the commonly used 2100mhz WCDMA and its a rare beast in that it can do HSDPA on 850mhz WCDMA which is what telstras next g is. fast cpu is great for apps and 64mb is good too. all in such a small package. only thing i would ask for is WLAN for office/home voip calls. wanted e65 but will get this now.
prob the replacement for my crappy n73 with a retarded joy stick, until then i have to use my k610i
i kinda like this phone and think to buy it when it's available coz it has a complete features that i need. I think I can accept 2 mp camera without autofocus considering the thin body of the phone, however it has flash light on it. Just can't wait to hold it.
i bet after a couple of months Nokia will make a Nokia 6123 with better feautures then this one
this phone is good i do like it - its like a S60 version of 6233 with improved video recording (QVGA) thats (30fps) and 16M display which is great and the design of this looks coool!!
lets just hope it has:
Twin 3D Stereo speakers
good battery life
otherwise best of luck Nokia !!
It looks like an enhanced 6233, but despite of the new functions (HSDPA, Symbian, miniUSB, A2DP, 2nd camera), it lacks some features like the IR port, dual speakers, VGA video recording. The best thing that Nokia could do is to release a Series 40 phone that would have the features of the 6120 while preserving all the goodies of the 6233. That would be the perfect phone!
It will be gr888........ If Nokia combines 6120 with 6233 what a combination will be formed plus more mega pixel camera with auto focus
Agree with kenzo. This power device lacks dual speakers Since it is powerful device. Its internal memory is low. Now-a-day 64MB is recommended.
i agree with u both..
according to me...6120 wins...(dont know how the battery still..may same like 6131 or 6300)
6290 is best if it had a nice design..it look bulky..like 6280..
so for me.. still 6233...lol
i like it... becos its fast and stereo speaker..with 3G...
well the best phone out of the 3 is in order:
6233(its S40 so its a different category)
6120(its best for a S60 phone)
N75(its a flip phone doesnt work well with S60)
N76(girlz fashion fone)
no Stereo speakers(they might be??)
camera only 2MP(but who cares)
for me it´s 6290 on the top of that ranking, having a balance of everything,a smart phone with a good 2.2´´ screen, dual loud speakers, good battery (more or less),good processor with fp1 that makes it faster in openning applications and more stable,n 75 and n76 have 2´4´´ screen but with worst batteries and no fp1, 6120 has hspda which i don´t see my self usin , the screen is 2´´ which is acceptable , but the absence of stereo speakers makes 6290 the winner for me,,,
At first i never liked nokia phones, but now i find they are awesome i love the idea of having to play the radio on a phone.they also have both bluetooth and infared.the 6120 looks great i gotta get one of these.nokia is im proving and thats good.
Connectivity: Bluetooth, miniUSB, 2.5mm audio jack, but NO Infrared port :(
Another drawback from 6233 is the mono loudspeaker.
"hsdpa is like 3g but 10x faster.
it came out in the n95 now they r useing it as there 3g prodical which makes sence becuase noika wants 2 be king of the phone world and i think to say they r doing a good job @ it anywhos xoxooxox
white angel xoxox"
iTS NOT 10 TiMES FASTER XD.
ITS JUST ABOUT A FEW POiNTS FASTER THAN 3G/ HENCE THE NAME. 3.5G. XD
