This phone is good and it is easy to use. I have this phone. This phone does not have mp3 or radio if that answer your question.

Great phone.I've always loved Nokia but my 6170 appears to be my best phone ever.it's got all that i need in a phone...great look,wonderful functions and above all easy to carry about.

it's wierd that all of you encounter those problems... my nokia 6170 is perfect... never had a problem with it yet

bigger memory, memory card, megapixel camera - yeah! but what about the price? who would buy it then? I surely don't. oh, and the phone is one of the best right now

this phone is a good lookin' one, but i wouldn't mind a bigger memory, a memory card and a megapixel camera. if he only had these, it would be the best phone on the market.

I got this phone on january and since then i've got many problems with it.
When I turn off and on the phone the contact photos keep disappearing from the contact list menu and it resets to the factory settings. Nokia changed my phone and the problems appear on the new phone too! I don't know what else to do.
If anyone knows something about those problems PLEASE HELP!

i got my unit yesterday afternoon. Was so excited to explore it's features (though i'm already very familiar with NOkia phones). However, this afternoon, the mini display suddenly disappeared. The screen saver went out and the clock won't appear anymore unless you open the flip (i use my phone as my watch)... too bad.

I have the same problem with volume but its me turning the volume down without realising!! Buttons are sensitive!

same problem here.. mini display goes dark sometimes so have to turn off/on to "restart" then OK again.. and lately, sometimes cannot hear anything from phone earpiece so have to turn ON handsfree/speaker to hear anything (but sometimes it's OK). will have it serviced soon. wondering if anyone has similar problem/s

Its a good phone except for:
poor memory: try deleting the factory ring tones, images etc
mini display; one day it works the next it wont? Limited use, cant view messages without opening flip.
Delay with active flip: Continues to ring slightly when you put the phone to your ear!
However, it looks as cool as!!!
