i've tried several brands be4 such as Motorola, Siemens, Samsung, Sagem & etc, those brands' function is not user-friendly at all, nokia is easy to navigate, i've just bought this nokia phone, eventhough with the new programs, functions and such, i still can manage to explore the functions, tq nokia for making it easy for me

ONLY 4096 colors!!!! ONLY!!! Nokia doesn't know to make good 65 K displays!! Samsung makes a lot better displays with 65.000 colors!!!Or sony-ericsson.

Got that phone this week in London. As a Nokia lover i find it a very good phone with all the features i need.i was happy to discover a small phone with a large keyped so i don't have to worry about pressing 2 keys at the same time.
for those who 65k colour screen, bluetooth and MP3 are important - wait for the 6230 expected next month but it's design is horrible!
Last word - i like my 6220!

For those cannot afford or some other reasons, please do not condemn this 6220 for nothing. No doubt it has no 65K color screen or bluetooth, but to me it's a good useful phone. I used to have sonyericsson T610 as it's has 65K color and bluetooth but not user friendly and always hanged.6220- The video clip 20 seconds recording and with radio and all the enhance functions, overall is a good phone. Built-in with 4MB memory is quite adequate, 4096 colors may not be so sharp but we are not using as a digital camera. (we can simply buy a simple digital camera perhaps at $199 and it does the job). The battery standby time is great and accessories are easily available. Thanks.

Why be so negative? Point out the flaws yes, give opinions about the looks or features, but to just say "it sucks" says far more about you than it does about the phone:
It doesn't have bluetooth, or 65K screen, if these features are important to you, look for a handset with them. It is very small, especially considering the amount of kit you get. If you want excellent quality pictures, buy a digital camera. If size is not an issue, try the 6600 for better quality pictures in a phone package. I have had a 3210, 8210 and currently a 7210. I intend to but the 6220 as I see it as a natural progression. The forthcoming 6230 is going to be a better phone, as it does have several features the 6220 is lacking - as mentioned above, but to me these features are not as important as the appearance of the phone. My preference here is the 6220, so that is the one I will be going for. I imagine that by the end of next year when I will be rady to change my phone again, there will be a handset available with all these features, and as small and good looking (my opinion) as the 6220, but by then, there will no doubt be further enhancements available in other models. Just go for the best phone for you at the time.

Don't buy this ugly phone. It's the same as the 3200, which is much cheaper and nice looking. 6220 has more memory though.
Wait to buy the 6230 in january for about the same price : 65 K screen, video recorder, memory card,...etc.

this phone is PERFECT.... REALLY PERFECT.... The onli problem is tat this phone does not have a 65k colour screen... tats all... the rest is perfect...
