In this thai site, price is listed as 14200 bahts, which is 290 euros (1euro=49 bahts). Hard to believe so cheap...

The phone is coming to Sweden 15/5-2008. I´m getting one, I seems like a great phone, I have a N82 for work, getting a 6220 for private use.

The Australian release has been accelerated as the Australian release supports 900/2100Mhz 3G and the Optus 900Mhz 3G network roll-out starts in June/July

this hand is good but we can't changes the on a single shake.like sony ercision mobile,
unlimited entries in phonebook means infinty entries r restricted to the internal memory.

That is right. Nokia asia website, as well as Nokia thailand lists now the phone as available at last, when N78 or N96 ar still listed as coming soon. Did they change their mind and decided to release it now ??? Too good to be true...

Re the 32gb expansion... wudn't this seriously affect the phones performance? Make it slower, especially the closer you get to full capacity?

If nokia put wi-fi transmeter in this cell.then it will b the first perfect phone by nokia and then nobody purchase n78 and n82.if you need wifi.then go for n82 for crappy keypad real pain for text msgs loverz n n78 for medium quality cam.
For me 6220Classic is perfect because i am using unlimited data plan...currently have n95 8gb and buy it when it is available

its realy sad that nokia didnt put a wi-fi in this phone this phone is just like a transformers robot but without enrgy there's everywhere wi-fi so why.........?

The release date says Q3 on this site, yet in my mobile store it will be in and available this month? I live in Sydney, Australia btw. Has the release date been pushed forward, are other countries expecting it soon, or already have it?

The tutorial for the phone is already available. Hope it means the phone is coming soon. Afterall 3rd trim can be as soon as 1st july...

Nokia no doubt releasing advanced technologies & fully loaded phones, but still a lot of improvement required in battery timings & design. i dont knw y Nokia is relesing models with same round corner shapes. further with such a loaded cells, touch screen & big LCD is required.

This phone has super macro mode to take pictures as close as 1cm away. Stay tune!

it is not fingerprint magnet.its keypad is same like 6233 which means soft and great and very useful for messaging purpose.
Overall i will give it 9.5 out of 10
