I would like to know which phone takes pictures better. Nokia 6220 classic or SE K850i.
Please compare.
Appreciate the feedback especially those who are SE users that switched to Nokia 6220 classic.
this phone is very sensitive to repeated turning on and off... Mine has its battery being drawn 3 bars when I turn it off then back on...GUys do you experience the same???
Otherwise my phone's battery last 3-4 days with all settings at minimum and a couple of use (multimedia, voice, messaging etc.)

Anonymous, 22 Jan 2009I just want to ask Filipinos who own this phone how to get the mms/gprs settings for 6220 clas... morehindi na kailangan... hold mo lang yung 0 buttion tapos nasa web bookmarks ka na... meaning no need for registration sa slobe...
I just want to ask Filipinos who own this phone how to get the mms/gprs settings for 6220 classic; i'm a Globe subscriber. I tried sending GO NOKIA 6220,,1234 to 2951 but I received a text saying it was an invalid keyword. Thanks in advance for those who will respond.
No need to use AGPS but using AGPS function makes it a lot faster to lock onto satelite signals. GPS alone takes much longer. This is very good phone considering the size. It is very pocketable, light weight and compact. Sure built quality ain't upto anything spectacular but it is good enough. Has everything except Wifi anyway. Pics are very good when there is enough lightf. Very sharp and clear with good colours. Snappy interface and signal strength is good. Only downside is there is no dedicated lock key. So if you want to lock ur keypads while listening mp3, you need to return to main screen to lock the phone. Ok for casual listening, not suitable for fitness/weight lifting as accessing music player after locking the keypad is a hassle. But then thats why Nokia makes N devices for. Get N series for 3.5mm plug and dedicated lock key. Otherwise this phone will do everything for ya.
sam3250, 18 Jan 2009where is wi-fionly nseries have wi-fi, the only thing that stops this phone form being an nseries is the lake of wi-fi and the small screen thats it,
but CRIKIES to my surprise its a good phone.
Pls brothers I need ur help !! .. I'm on the fence about whether I buy nokia 6220 or n79 ? which one u reckon is better and why ?
Thank you
this is actually very best fone and it have decent design as well as fast.., battery performance good..,
do you need to pay for gps... I mean do you must use A-GPS.
Vanita please try and understand this is a phone n all phone hv their limitations and most people feel that this phone offers great features for the money you buy it for...in case u have any issues why dont u sell ur phone of and buy a n95 which shud be 1st class for ur higness!!
Since we all users of this phone r 3rd class!!!
Newys its a gud phone no matter what well done nokia!!!
vanita, 20 Jan 2009Well motorola zn5 is one and only phone that clicks fast images and yes i have seen that pers... morewhat 3rd qualities are u talking about?5mpxl camera,30fps for video, responsive gps, superior processor and ram performance, latest ui with theme effect and more features are not 3rd qualities. do u think that u r great enough to say these are 3rd qualities?i dont think so because u r still a 6220c user....maybe u r a 3rd class too then....
also I did not removed the screen protector that comes with it out of the box when I slid my Nokia 6220 classic to the black silicon case...
i have this phone...very very very good phone worth over your hard earned money paying this Nokia work of art...
However the bad is the NOT STURDY FEELING WHILE HOLDING THIS PHONE. It feels so cheap, many creaking parts!!!
Gladly I stumble upon a solution... someone here is right, I did bought a silicon case for my 6220 classic. The black silicon I purchased made it feel SOLID. Now my 6220 is safe from bumps and scratches... I bought the black silicon which covers all the buttons except the holes. Mind you my 6220c looks like an N series now. People and friends who noticed my phone did not recognized it... They said it was was the cutest N series they saw and is better than some Nseries... to their astonishment I told them that it not even a Nokia N series...
My advice: You'll not regret buying this handset
