yes there is a service provider problem with maxis eg. gprs but i think if ur using Digi, it wont be a problem i guess, coz it's tailor-made for EDGE not gprs

To change WMA to MP3, you need soft called easy cd-da. its a cd ripper but comes with file format changer and has a 20 day? eval. period. Also if you got a cd with the phone, it has a nokia pc suite which has an audio player or something which mite change to acc format for the phone...enjoy
And K700 really needs an EXP MEM! DAMN THAT SH1T!

In Malaysia, 6230 is having compatibility problems with a service provider(maxis).
soft ringtune, cannot access GRPS and ...
The problem still exists after patching the latest firmware. I upgrade my 6230 from 3.15 to 4.28.
Anyone experience this weird problem?

what a waste of money!! i had expected a lot from Nokia! and then they come out with this junk!! ive been using nokia all the years but never had a prob this phone hangs!! i rather use a 3310, nonsense i wish i had a sledgehammer.....

just two words......plain lame....i used this phone and compared with my friends SE k700 and the e398, from the camera point of view the k700 kicks ass!! by far the best camera within this three models, if mp3 is what youre looking for, look no further than the E398, way better than 6230 and the camera is quite decent too, both of these phone have flash wic is ditto for 6230 forget playing mp3 wit k700...herm so where does 6230 belong?? well if u wanna know the price the in malaysia it cost around rm1500 for the N6230 rm 1400 for E398 and rm1600 for k700 (should be around that price not accurate)(currently using a E398) rocks!!! all these phones has their own pros and cons, so go figure...!!!

This phone has most of the functions tt many people look for now i suppose,+it's relatively cheap too.A pretty gd buy. As for its comparison with k700i,i certainly dun think these 2 phones deserve to be call SHIT by either of its *supporters*.MOst have its gd pts..zz

Nice phone, but I've had 2 break down on me in the last week with themselves powering off during a call and not wanting to come back on... apart from that, love it, it's much better than my 6600!
